Flashing was not included in the price of installing the windows. I was told that it would be extra and was noted in my contracted. 3 of the bigger windows are not level. No insulation or sealer was used. For a 14000.00 job I'm paying a different company to fix the problems for an additional 4000.00 3 brothers owner Geoff Beckendorf was not interested in coming to view the work his installer had done. Giving them a 1 star is to generous. I reported them to the BBB.

3 BROTHERS The…read moresalesmen are absolutely wonderful. They are nice guys, up front about pricing (I thought), enthusiastic, and local guys from here in Twin Falls. They contracted Master Plumbing for the drain and faucet part of things and they are a wonderful organization to work with. The problems started with a new trap that needed to go in the drain. of course it was situated right over a floor joist which nobody checked out ahead of time, after 1/2 of the joist is cut away they now need to shore it up to the tune of $1000.00 for 15 mins. of work and 2 - 2ft pcs of 2x4's, a little pricey for something that should have been caught and priced in to begin with. The shower installer gets here and discovers that he needs to cut the cast iron tub in half to remove it and was unprepared for that but he dealt with it, in the process knocking a bunch of insulation out of the wall and into the basement which then ends up getting soaking wet when he had a mishap with the shower controls. No problem IF he would have cleaned up the mess. So now I'm paying an extra $1000 for 2 pcs of wood to be nailed up, I have a flood in my basement and a BUNCH of soggy insulation all over my basement that I need to clean up before it gets moldy and smelly. I was letting that all go, I got my shower, I was happy. Now, 6 weeks later I am painting my bathroom and learn that the silicone sealant that they put all around the shower enclosure is NOT PAINTABLE! REALLY!! So I now have a border around my shower enclosure covered in clear sealant the color my bathroom was before painting that I can't paint over. if it were a nice straight even line, I could live with that, it blends in but its not a nice clean line, so now what. I've written emails, I've called and left messages and I've gotten 1 call back and was told someone would call me back Monday, that was last week, today is Thursday. I'm fed up, pissed off, and if I could reverse the payment on this I'd do it in a heart beat. I'm not sure there's a good to solution to this problem, but really guys, is a phone call so tough. I've gone from mildly annoyed but still pleased with my shower to extremely irritated and unhappy about the whole process.

Where do I begin with this company? We bought a home that was built in 1961 and had been used for…read moremany years as a rental. No one cared about this house but since this was going to be our last we wanted it to be perfect. We had contacted another company before Canyon Side, he came by heard what we wanted said he would get back to us and we never heard from him again. Thank God, because we then would not have met Adrian, Armando and the crew. They have been working on our property since June and what a beautiful job they have done. They redid the basement and removed old stairs and gave us safer stairs for us as we are in our 70's. They removed an old deck and placed a new patio with a beautiful cover. We had two new driveway's done. We added a carport and driveway since we only had a one car garage. They built the carport they replaced our old fence with new the old fence was barely hanging on and boy does it look great. Now they are in the process of re doing the siding and placing a deck in the front. After that they move into the house and will be redoing the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and some walls. I highly recommend this company for any of your projects. What an outstanding group of people. Armando, Adrian, Dave, Charlie, Jess, Carlos, Alberto and the rest of the crew. They are very mindful of your home and take very great care. Love this company. Highly recommend!

A costly mistake! This was not a good experience. Armando's…read moremismanagement and refusal to rectify the issues was extremely disappointing. This job quickly went south once we started to point out the construction defects and damages "his crew" had caused; damaged property, compromised existing radiant ceiling heating, damaged personal item (furniture, appliances, clothing, etc..) poor workmanship, and a complete disregard for the trust we offered them with our home (see photos). It started by CSC's team mistakenly tearing out the subflooring unnecessarily and not replacing it. Followed by Armando scheduling a sub-contractor to install flooring without sub-flooring. Once the flooring was installed it became obvious that the height and spacing for the cabinet, trim, and door installations was off due to no sub-flooring. We pointed this out to Armando, and he attempted to remedy the situation through short cuts with disastrous results. The flooring was now poorly installed leaving gaps, hallow spots, uneven sections and large spacing between cabinetry, walls, and brickwork. The only solutions being to replace the damaged flooring with the original professional installation standards with sub-flooring in place (see photos), but this Armando did not want to pay for. Next, we realize both bedrooms radiant ceiling heat had been damaged. These components were damaged by CSC's mismanagement of ceiling fan installations. Armando ignored questions regarding their state once the fans were installed. We did not get an honest answer until we pressured Armando into bring in an Electrician we knew was licensed. It was at this point we realized that all our plumbing and electrical work had been completed by unlicensed, uncertified, and unskilled individuals. We ask for permits and licenses for the plumbing and electrical work completed, but Armando has yet to supply them. Sadly, due to the circumstance we were in we had already given Armand a large percentage of the estimate and felt forced to continue working with him. I won't even start with the three attempts at finishing the bathroom (please see photos). We have voiced our concerns to Armando. His response was to offer a payment for the necessary repairs to the radiant heating by his insurance and pay for the flooring to be replaced. In exchange he demanded we sign a full release of liability document for all work completed. As you can understand, this was not in our best interest as the totality of the potential long-term damages this company may have caused is at this point undetermined. Without a full inspection we cannot be sure and with no permits pulled we cannot get an inspection. In short, we have spent over $20,000 to repair the damages caused by Armando's mismanagement. So far, the project remains incomplete. Armando refuses to contact us via email or text. Very disappointing. I understand that mistakes are made, and nothing is perfect. But, by the way this company handled its mistakes and continues to hide behind ambiguous contracts and vague promises I cannot recommend them. If you choose to hire this company, do not sign anything that you have not shown to lawyers, get everything in writing EVERYTHING!. Beware of potential costly outcomes!
