The only other review is from the owner, Aaron - RED FLAG!!!! This company is a SCAM & RIPOFF…read more The owner Aaron is rude, condescending and actually swore at me over the phone because I called him out on the way he was talking to me. I agreed to 12 calls and he sent me more that I didn't authorize. He also insulted myself and my team by telling us we didn't know how to do our jobs and close sales. I have never felt so disrespected by someone who would want or need my business. As a business owner, I have always treated my customer with respect and tried to do whatever I can to make them happy and keep them happy. Stay away. His leads are over priced, and he fraudulently presents his program as these are customers that are ready to go and are calling you directly to hire you.....when in reality you're still competing with multiple companies. They also have a tracking phone number so the customer doesn't even really get your actual information. I also believe some of the calls to be fake, like he's generating these fake calls to overcharge you. I checked for his reviews before signing up, he didn't have many which should've been a red flag for a company that is in SEO and marketing for 2 years, however, I was willing to give him a shot. He didn't do anything for me that I'm not already getting organically. Just as bad if not worse than Yodle, if you haven't already check out their reviews.

I highly recommend Josh and Your PC Magician, LLC. They do exceptional work at a fair price even…read morewithin tight deadlines. Communicating with this company is quick, easy, clear, and friendly. While working with Josh, I always felt that my concerns were heard and that he did his best to exceed my expectations. I appreciated his expertise with Wordpress and web development and his willingness to go above and beyond researching and figuring out the most complex coding issues that came with my project. I will never go anywhere else for my website needs again! As a new small business owner with a growing client base and very marketable service offerings but hardly any experience with web design or development, I've struggled with choosing the right professionals to carry out my vision for my company's website. Your PC Magician came highly recommended to me a few months ago but I just wasn't sure who I wanted to work with. I ended up choosing to go with a large marketing agency and web development firm in NYC. That agency delivered great copy and marketing advice but many features of my website just weren't how I wanted them to be. I was unhappy with the appearance of certain pages and the functionality of others. I had spent a ton of money and then was told that there was nothing they could do to address my concerns other than having me purchase a new Wordpress theme or spending a lot more money on coding, and even then they couldn't guarantee I'd get what I wanted. So here I am, only TWO DAYS from my launch date trying to figure out how to fix my website. I decided to give Your PC Magician a call, and I'm so glad I did! In less than 48 hours, Josh worked through my list and one by one fixed every single thing. I did zero work. He made everything functional, fast, simple, clean, and attractive. I have no idea how he got everything just right with only my rough descriptions in a single email and phone call, but he did! He improved my FAQs page, fixed a longterm problem with my contact form, improved the load time of the large images around my site, and several other things. I could not be happier with his work and in the future will go straight to Your PC Magician for all of my technical needs. This is one time when I really feel good about the money I spent. It was a fair rate and worth every penny. Thank you, Josh!
