Stay as far away from this process server as possible. I have been a practicing attorney for 32 years and have arranged for out-of-state personal service more than a dozen times with many different process service companies without incident. I have never experienced anything like Cream City Service. They don't communicate, they are in no hurry at all to attempt service, and it took me a month and a threatening email to get a certificate of service. Trust me - stay away! read more

Not sure how they stay in business. After responding to the first few emails and getting my document, they didn't answer any of my many emails or calls! At least I didn't prepay like other negative reviewers, but their poor customer service did delay service of my document. And there's no need for them to ask for payment in advance. Process servers can get paid after serving the papers and before giving the client the affidavit of service. read more

Communication started off well. I Sent email to Sara on 5-20 with documents to be served on a law firm on behalf of an insurance company. I confirmed Sara received our payment on 5-21. On 5-23, Sara informed me that the documents would be served by 5-29 at the latest. Since 5-29, I have emailed daily, with no response until today, 6-4. Sara stated the documents were served and she would provide an affidavit ASAP. It is well past 5pm in Wisconsin and I have no affidavit. Our client is threatening litigation as the time to file their proof of service is dangerously near. We have called and emailed, as well as texted Sara with no further response. DO NOT recommend this business unless you want to risk the job not being done timely. read more

Wish I could give them less than one start - they asked for prepayment, which was paid then no status received Sarah Conrad after 3 weeks of having a simple business serve says it was served yet no information - complete rip off, if you want your documents served do not use these people they will not respond or do anything to help you out. I wish I had contacted Cream City Process first. I was not impressed with the other companies I contacted. First off, They have a web site, and it's pretty useful. Communication is good and timely (via e-mail and within a couple hours). They actually have an office! (conveniently located at Bay Shore Mall and parking is free in the parking structure) They have a fast turn around. They have the lowest prices. The other process serving companies I contacted were slow to get back to me. one place I got in contact with over the phone did not have an office, and I would have had to mail my documents to a P.O. box, and their turn around was 7 to 10 business days! I dropped my documents off at CCP's office after getting in contact with Sara via e-mail. The turn around for me was estimated about 2 days (Milw County) price was $35. I decided to pay an extra $20 for rush service. Even with the rush service they were still the same price, or cheaper than the other process servers I contacted. My papers were served in about 36 hours from the time I dropped them off. I was notified by Sara via e-mail within minutes after my papers were served, and within a couple days I received my copies of the papers with the affidavit of service. Cream City Process, LLC is fast, professional, and family owned. Based on my experience I would recommend them. read more
