Contracted with this company to have them plow my walkways and driveways. They did not shovel my…read morewalkway. When contacted they first stated that walkways were not a part of the service. I sent them their own documentation wherein it states driveways and walkways. They responded by stating I needed to find another service provider. Customer service is not valued by this company or its operation manager Hannah. If your time is valuable to you, I would look elsewhere and save yourself the headache caused by having to ask a company to actually perform the tasks you contracted them to perform, to which they agreed and that you have paid. See attached photo for the quality of work they perform on the tasks they condescend to actually attempt!

We noticed it at (of course) 6pm on Friday. We called On Point, and Darren called on Saturday, and said he'd take a look early Monday (his crew was not available for the weekend). He came at 7:50, provided a reasonable estimate, had his crew there a bit later and fixed the broken pipe (which was challenging) by 5pm. He finished the backfill and clean-up the next morning and revised his estimate downward as it had taken a bit less time than expected. We were extremely pleased, and would recommend On Point for any excavation work. It was a delight to do business with a small local company..honest, prompt, responsible and fair.
