We had to have my brother-in-law brought to McAlester from Cheyenne Wells Colorado. These folks drove to Colorado and picked my brother in-law up. Brought him to McAlester without hesitation. Thank You Steve for your caring as we managed this unexpected funeral.

The service lacked organization and professionalism. The obituary had an advertisement tacked onto the end of it in an effort to sell flowers off the funeral home website. The obituary itself had misspellings and a few modifications that resulted in grammatical incorrectness. It wasn't what we submitted to them. It was difficult not to be offended after the experience we had with them. Not only did they not treat us with the necessary consideration, they did a pretty good job of making us look unintelligent via the poorly copied obituary. We were insulted by the whole experience.
