SOOOO GOOOOOD! Hallelujah, we have another amazing family owned restaurant in south east Mesa! We wanted to try Buddyz years ago but it was too far. Now we find out that the geniuses behind that place brought their recipes to their own new restaurant--we raced right over! Try "The Toast" as a starter (ricotta spread, sweet pepper sauce and salty prosciutto), any of the pizzas for your main dish, and a limoncello slush for dessert. We ordered a 14" thin crust cheese pizza and a kids Mac and cheese. My kids mac and cheese was actually really good! The pizza was alright. It was really salty and the dough was very dense and without any crisp or airiness to it. There was also a lot of flour caked onto the bottom of the slice which is unappetizing. I probably won't be going back any time soon, but hey...the mac and cheese was good!! read more

Just stopped in to Crave Pizza and the place is great. The owner was so helpful, went over the many option for pizza crusts and toppings and there are A LOT, all fresh and delicious. As we wait for our pizza I listen as he greets new customers and offers great ideas for wine ,even offers a sample of some the can try. Just such great customer service!!! The other waitstaff seem equally friendly and helpful and or appetizer was served quickly and tasty I had not found many independent restaurants here in Mesa something I was used to in Portland, where thin crusts is common, I wanted to try the thin crust this time but I will be back again to see trthe "Butter Crust" next time. read more

Great little spot we found this weekend. Nice, quaint, family owned restaurant that has fabulous pizza! We tried the butter crust pan pizza, the chop salad, pasta, and the spinach artichoke bites. My husband is usually picky about salad toppings, but this salad is finely chopped with all ingredients as is, and my husband loved it too! All of it was amazing!! If you live in East Mesa, you should give it a try! read more

Had the chopped salad and a pizza. Both were very fresh. The pizza was perfectly cooked and not greasy at all, the sauce was freshly made and the sausage was fabulous. Spoke to the chef and found out they source all their ingredients and products locally (including the sausage!). Was excited to try this place and the deep dish pizza. First I was sat at the "community" table, no problem. My problem was that the family who came and sat at the table 20 mins AFTER we did, got their TWO pizzas before I got my 1 pizza. Idk how that works? Then after about 20 more mins, My pizza comes and it's the wrong pizza. I was then told they were backed up 2 and 1/2 hours and couldn't make my correct pizza. Very disappointed. I ended up paying $60 for 2 apps and 2 drinks. Doubt I'll be back. read more

My husband had the deep dish that he only was able to eat 2 slices...because he was so full! Amazing red sauce and generous with the cheese. We'd drive from Michigan just to have these pizzas again! Called in an hour before closing to get a small pizza. The lady told me it would be ready at 8:45 and when I got there, she told me she never sent the order in and at the point the kitchen was closed! Waste of time as I had driven 20 minutes just to get it. read more

Came In To see all the hype was about. Sat at the bar. I bartender for the restaurant. It was small so all was good. Not sure who she was but she was a very friendly and attentive person. She even let us sample on of their frozen drinks. Wasn't a fan, but that showed great customer service. Will be back again with the family read more

Just got some of the food at this place and let me tell you, we got only three things and I wish we got more! We got a cheese pizza with fresh mozzarella, onion, and, garlic. We also got some Mac n cheese for my son and normally he is pretty picky but once he took a bite he kept going and is still eating it. The mozzarella has the best pull and the tomato sauce is nice and not sweet like most marinara sauces which is great. The crust is nice and crispy the base of the pizza when taken out fresh has a good crunch too. Over time as expected the pizza gets less crunchy on the base but it is still firm and stays together. read more
