They have all the organic foods I like to add to my healthy diet. Great, tasty whole grain breads, tortillas, organic fruit, sweet potatoes, cabbage, celery, lettuce, tempee, local eggs, bulk spices (no weird additives or GMOs, folks!) & snacks.. and that's just for starters. Plus, every time I walk in I feel better. The place is clean, peaceful, and it's the prettiest local store to walk around and shop. I buy little healthy candies & other gifts there, made by other local artisans. If you're in the area, stop by because you'll be glad you did. And do look up on the roof - you'll see solar panels galore!

For the past 3 years I have struggled with an extra 25-30 pounds that would not budge no matter…read morewhat diet I strictly followed or what doctor directed program I tried. I tried Whole 30, Paleo, Daniel Diet, KETO diet, and Against All Grains. The most I lost was 2 measly pounds for all my efforts. I realized that more was going on with me than just what was happening in my body. I gave up formal dieting and began to work on my spirit growth and my thoughts, feelings and actions. About this time I discovered the Becking Clinic through a friend of mine that lost over 50 pounds working with Dr. Becking, his wife, Chantelle, and their staff. She looked amazing. I started my first round of ChiroThin and lost 17.5 pounds. My body still put up a fight along the way, but Dr. Becking continued to help me press forward with the program and came along side me in the work I had started on my spirit and mind, so that my whole person was healthy. What I LOVE about Dr. Becking and his staff is that they are genuinely interested in me, and communicated with me literally everyday of the program. They were accessible by phone, email or text whenever I needed them as well. Dr. Becking is kind but firm with his instruction and the accountability that is absolutely key to the success he has with his clients. I'm currently preparing for round 2 of the program to lose the last of the weight and reach my goal. They really are worlds apart different from any other program I've done.
