I have just had the product delivered and nobody phoned me to tell me that it would be today…read more in addition the delivery men would not take the wardrobe upstairs or assemble it. The product states "fully assesmbled" the doors are separate and I am unable to get the product upstairs, they have damaged the coating of the wheels and chipped one of the lower corners. I am extremley dissatisfied with the lack of communication. I sent 2 e-mails and phoned up 3 times to ask when the delivery would be as I was away on holiday first week of January, and then the delivery men turn up unexpected, with no prior warning. This product cost me £270 I would expect better service and for it to be fully assembled.

For the past three weeks, they have kept delaying the delivery, saying each time that the items would arrive at their warehouse "by Friday," yet I still haven't received any clear or honest update. The table was needed for a specific occasion, and despite their promises and reassurances, it never arrived. When I requested a refund, I was told I would have to wait another 10 days to get my money back. This company is simply a joke.
