I think it says a lot about a therapist who would just shorten a session on THE DAY OF the…read moreappointment via text and not even be apologetic about it. And worse, would even lie on Yelp saying the original appointment was for 60 mins when the voucher was for a 90 minute one. It's really all about how you approach your customers. P.S. Ashley, in response to your comment - I may not have spoken to you personally but I was also affected. My husband and I carpool and we both had to leave work earlier just to make it to the scheduled appointment on Tuesday; so you just texting while we were on the way to say you CANNOT do a 90 mins was an absolute bummer. If you knew you cannot do a 90 min that day, why even set up an appointment in the first place? And no, the vouchers were bought PRIOR to my husband setting up an appointment. So insinuating the appointment was for 60 mins makes no sense. Please just own up to your mistake. Like I said, it's all about how businesses approach their customers. Hopefully other people would read this review to save them their time and effort.

Kristen by far is the best Masseuse I have ever had. She does not only massage but if there are…read morepains in any specific area, she will find that muscle cause and ease it. She truly is a miracle worker to ME! What a wonderful experience. I have been her client for a year and am going every other week now. Plan to gift her services to family.... she is that great! Her new home on Palm Beach Blvd. is a little further than the last but I loved it today ~ my first visit there. Thank you Kristen for all the classes you continue to take for our benefit....

"Wellness should mean compassion -- instead, I was told to 'f* off.'"**…read moreMy first visit with Kristin was excellent, and I was looking forward to becoming a long-term client. Unfortunately, the quality declined after that - the second and third visits were marginal and my last experience was so unprofessional that I feel compelled to share. Today I had a 3:30 appointment but woke up very sick. Out of courtesy, I texted to reschedule so I wouldn't risk passing anything along. Instead of discussing another time, Kristin immediately charged me a $50 "no-show" fee. When I questioned it, she replied, "it's not personal, just business." Based on her response, I can't help but feel she's making short-sighted decisions driven by financial stress. I even pointed out that collecting $50 while losing me as a client made little sense compared to keeping me long term. Her reaction? She became hostile and told me to "f** off."* I've had poor service from other businesses in the past, but this is the first time I've ever felt compelled to write a review. That's how extreme and disappointing this experience was. To make matters worse, when I attempted to post this review directly on her site, I found I had been blocked -- which makes me question whether all of the glowing 5-star reviews are from real clients or manufactured to create a false impression. In wellness, compassion and professionalism should be the baseline. Instead, I felt disrespected and unwelcome. Wellness should heal, not harm relationships. Sadly, I can no longer recommend R&R Wellness.

As a massage therapist myself I have high expectations. I feel so fortunate to have discovered Heather.
