Most businesses would take the hit and put this down to experience but NOT this garden centre. They potentially breached GDPR by posting a still containing my friends car and registration as them to contact them immediately via the Facebook page which didn't say it was because of their error. This has led to numerous people contacting my friend asking what she has done even though it was the GARDEN CENTRS ERROR. In summary I wouldn't recommend visiting this place especially if you don't want your personal information plastered all over facebook!!!

Visited the Fordham Nursery in search of goldfish and vegetable plants…read more Currently in late March they did not have any vegetable plants and I forgot to ask when they would have them in. I wanted them already a bit grown so I can get ahead start growing my vegetables. As for the fish, they had two gold fish, but a decent selection of other fish, pretty much they carry the low maintenance easy to take care of fish, nothing too exotic, but they did have some ugly eel looking fish that were not eels. They were creepy. Great selection of plants, flowers, cactus, seeds, and nutrition for the following. You can also find chicken feed, bird feed, dog food, cat food, fish food. The prices are fair, a few pounds below Pets at Home. They have a good selection of dog toys, dental hygiene products for dogs, hygiene products for dogs and dog treats. I didn't bother to look at the cat section due to not having a cat I didn't pay attention. They have a variety of guinea pigs, rats, birds, domestic fish, live meal worms, live crickets and live grasshoppers. I loved their selection of cacti. I found several I wanted for my office at work, but went against buying a cactus in fear I would get in trouble at work for pulling out the sharp spines and placing them on the seat of my cubicle mate's chair. I abstained from the cactus purchase. Left with some lavender seeds and parsley seeds, which were on discount for discount £0.99, two knuckle bones for the dogs, some dried sausage for the dogs, and Arm and Hammer toothbrushes and toothpaste for the dogs. It's a great place to take young children who just love the animalslast time we went they had pigs, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs and chickens. They sell locally sourced seasonal veg and fruit in the shop, and a selection of garden-centre type goods. At different times of year they also sell seasonal goods: bulbs, bedding plants, seeds, hanging baskets etc. The christmas trees last year were superb, and very keenly priced, too. At the time of writing, they were just beginning to sell their home-grown pumpkins too. They're much better than the supermarket ones, irregular, lumpy and actually pretty damn good to eat too.

A large space, Huntingdon Garden & Leisure contains masses of stock. Clothing, a butchers, wine & beer, pet supplies (and a few pets), garden accessories. Oh, and a few plants. Probably a good stop to keep young children entertained, but it's a shame to see the quality of stock decreasing and the centre losing its focus.
