Because of the impending winter weather, we needed to have someone come out to fix the issues we…read morewere having with igniting our pilot. We used the Yelp projects to message a few places, but the responses were either they did not service our area or they could not get to us for a week. My husband found this company through another chimney sweep company. The technician, John, was able to come on MLK holiday. He listened to what we needed, did a thorough inspection, and worked on repairing the pilot. It took him less than an hour to get everything working. The price he told us was very reasonable. We were relieved when he told us that our igniter was no longer working and we needed to replace it. He said that he would need a couple of days to quote the price for the igniter, and then when the part arrived, he would schedule the service to replace the igniter. We definitely recommend that you call Jade Cleaning for your gas fireplace needs.

The technician and partner were wonderful, explaining everything as they did the inspection. I was afraid creosote had built up in there, but they very honestly said it had not (I would not have known), just needed a cleaning. I thought the price was very fair and they were quick and cleaned up everything. Very professional. I've already made a note on my calendar to call them again in 3 years when my chimney needs cleaning again. And I will definitely be recommending them to others. Thanks so much, Jade!

Not only was it a perfect installation, but all the shingles were evenly placed, not even a ripple. To say the least, I am very pleased with how Charlie is professional, yet personable in his recommendations on the type of materials and color. The roof was installed on the agreed-upon time and completed exactly when I was told it would be completed. As I discussed the job with Charlie, he was very clear as to what work was to be accomplished and assured me the work would be done to my satisfaction. Both Charlie and his crew not only met my requirements but exceeded them. I would highly recommend ArcCon Roofing.

I see a majority of 5 star and high reviews but must say my experience was quite different. Dustin…read morecame by my condo and came across as a forthright and reputable guy. He measured my unit for some water damage to my wood floors and shook hands that he would would be available to do the work during the 2nd-3rd week of January. I began texting him to confirm the dates to do the work early in January. After a week plus of texting him...I texted him again and ask if/why he was ghosting me. He eventually replied that he was no longer available. I counted on Dustin and shook his hand in good faith. I had to search and find another credible flooring company (4 week lead time to do the work) to do the repair. It was very disappointing...my floors were exposed (and still are today) and my special needs child is/has been in danger crawling on the floors for much longer than was necessary. You might want to think twice before working with Dustin Cross and Cross Flooring. If he can ghost you in a minute (knowing you are in a difficult situation with a special needs child) after committing to do the work and without a care...what else is he capable of?
