Made a call to Pete at the service center. Told him that our only car was having trouble and if he could get us in ASAP since we had to flat tow all the way home. NOT ONLY did they get us in, they were able to clean it up, fix the seal and inform us that the bolts were loose and could be pulled out with your fingers!!! They were able to get us in and out in 3 hours! They also allowed my husband to take a conference call on a private room. They were INCREDIBLE!!! Cannot recommend them enough!
