I was very pleased with the work and the skill of all their tree experts. During the removal of the 2nd half the the Crain to remove the cut logs broke down and they had to remove the logs with a bobcat and dump truck. In doing so they left one tree standing due to darkness removing what they cut, and Charlie said he would be back to the next day to take down the last tree. So I paid him in advance considering it was only one tree and added another $150.00 tip for the crew. Two years later the tree is still standing, numerous phone calls. Last year I installed metal roofs on my garages and two weeks later part of the tree snapped dying a storm and landed on my metal roof causing it to leak. After calling him he said he would be out net week to take care of it. That was a year ago. Roof still leaks. He was sent a certified letter a month ago To give him 3 weeks to remove the tree or face small claims court. That time limit passed last week. I will hire another tree service to complete the work I already paid for, and pass the cost on to him plus the damage to my roof. I would not recommend using this tree service

We are currently having a problem reconnecting with the owner of this company, Watson Zigubu, after…read morehe worked on our pond. He completed enlarging/upgrading our previous pond with a new liner, waterfall and skimmer on May 16, 2026. Six days later on May 22, 2026, we noticed a loud noise coming from the skimmer and discovered that the pump was not submerged and that the water level was extremely low so we checked for leaks and immediately contacted Watson. Two days later he stopped by to assess the situation and told us the pond may be "settling" , that the water level could be low due the the hot weather and to monitor the water level and call him back if continued to have problems. We called him the next day because EVERY SINGLE DAY since May 22, we have had to fill the pond because the pond continues to leak as it is no longer hot and is not "settling". Unfortunately, Watson rarely responds to our numerous phone calls, messages and texts. We paid him $7,500.00 for this "upgrade" (and have a receipt from him) and are left with a leaking pond that needs to be filled daily so that the pump remains submerged and functions. Insane situation for us to be in but, for now, we're still holding onto to hope that Watson will return our calls and fix this problem! He has acknowledged the problem, set-up appointment to fix it when he was in our area, but then never shows up or returns phone calls. I will be happy to update this negative post if Watson decides to honor his warranty on his work but, until then, BUYER BEWARE of this contractor.
