This company is extremely unprofessional and a complete hollow shell…read more I hired them to do a driveway/garage drain at my home. Initially, a "Sales Rep" was sent to my house to meet with me. He talked a good game of what they would do to. Then came the contract, which made it clear that they wanted to get paid immediately during and directly after the job was completed. (Which was without any company rep coming to see it for quality control) Mext, thy sent two high school or possible college kids to my house to permanently jackhammer my garage floor and put in a Sump pump, a 10 ft long drain (which they bought the part from Home Depot) and I k ew because I went online to see how much the material costed. But they swore to me that they used proprietary materials. when I came home from work at the end of the day, the two young men were sitting there smoking and hanging out. I looked at the simp pump location and installation and it was a disaster. It wasn't in the location the sales rep )project manager showed me) and it didn't do the job. Also the drain they installed from Home Depot was not in a straight line. It was crooked zigzagging from one wall to the other. Then I looked at the 3 inch PVC pipe they buried in place of the old pipe. They failed to completely bury the pipe and it's half out of the ground and agan, it's completely crooked. Not sure if these boys needed glasses or not but it looks horrible. When I asked the one in charge why everything was crooked (the pipe and the drain) he shrugged it off and tried to get me to pay for the remaining balance of the job. I told him no and I wanted a company rep to come look at this and let me know if they believed if this was completed professionally. He also told me that since they buried the pipe like that already, there wasn't enough time in the day to dig it up and redo it. Very sloppy and unprofessional. I paid them and spoke to the company "office manager" who barely wanted anything to do with me now that they got paid. She no sent them pictures of the completed work, they resent outa rep to tale a look for himself and he acted as if he was appalled. A few weeks later, they sent out a new te of young mean to correct the drain and simp pump and they straightened it out. They refused to correct the horrible job burying the PVC pipe but I just wanted these useless people off my property. It's been over a year and I've attempted to have to company finish fixing they screw up but they just refused. They cemented the plastic top grates to the drain down and they can never be removed to clean out debris whatsoever. I asked them to send someone to come fix it or cut the cement I. Order for the top of the grate to be able to be removed, but they insisted that leaves won't clog the sump pump at all. I reviewed all of their past reviews and read horrible reviews. I wish I read these before I chose to pay money for horrible work. When I go online now it appears they they are a 6 person small company and that they have had financial and customer issues bad enough to practically close business. Dont waste your money or ten minutes of your time here. Find a professional business to do your work.

Everyone was courteous and friendly, they showed up when they said, they did the work efficiently, and left our home as clean as they could have (there was a little bit of cellulose debris in the snow, but whatever). My husband and I are very pleased with Matt and his crew, and we will DEFINITELY be having them back for more work. The doors look so nice, we have to have the whole shed repainted now. lol I highly recommend Matt. He listens to everything you say, makes recommendations, works within your budget, and cleans up everything when he's done. He even gave us the still half full gallon of paint he used on the doors in case we have to touch up anything. Matt is easy going and a pleasure to work with. He's a 5/5 in our book.
