Have enjoyed supper here twice before but Sunday Brunch is a huge NO. Chicken and waffles, the chicken was over fried to a crisp, the eggs Benedict had fried instead of poached eggs that were burnt on the bottom and rubbery. All the hot foods were luke warm at best. Scrambled eggs had odd flavor and sausage patties looked and chewed like they had been cooked in deep fryer, probably with the chicken. The table next to us also complained that all of their food was cold and the server said she fixed it but neither they or my table wanted a 2nd round. The women with 2 toddlers were clearly upset when the waitress commented that she took off 1 childs buffet. I felt worse for them than us, the one lady commented since they were all still hungry they should go to Perkins. We didn't bother complaining after seeing that nothing was really done for the table of ladies and toddlers. This was my last visit to Craft. Hopefully management will realize the importance of customer care over money. The food offered for brunch was really terrible. The biscuits were hard as rocks, the cinnamon rolls were rubbery and the fried potatoes were over cooked. McDonald's breakfast would have been far preferable to what was offered here. read more

We were here from out of town, made a reservation based off of their website and the fresh from farm to table. My husband and I enjoyed our appetizer, cocktail, dinner and even the moist cake for dessert. We are stuffed but we would definitely return if back in this city! I have eaten at Craft before and it has always been fine. I ordered through ZipDish for lunch today and....WOW...it was absolutely fantastic. I had a burger...thick, juicy, and all the toppings were great! The fries were wonderfully crispy and the kind of fries I love...beer battered I believe they call them. So good. The menu seemed different than the last time I was in the restaurant...but maybe that is for the ZipDish menu. Anyway...GREAT JOB guys!!! read more

There may be potential here, but there are MANY bugs to work out. If I go back it won't be for several months. The table was filthy! Layers of restaurant gunk. Sticky to the touch. Perhaps they have not been thoroughly cleaned since the turnover from Bravo's. I tried to wipe it clean so my 1 year old could eat off of it. It left my rag brown. Really disgusting. They advertise 'gluten free and vegan options' right on the window. But what they mean is one option that satisfies both, and it's only on the dinner menu. The server had never tasted it (Always a red flag. Staff should always be familiar with the menu.), so I opted to turn another pasta vegan. It was so over cooked! It was like a plate of sticky mush! I ordered and was charged for the dinner portion so I could share with my daughter, but I'm certain I received the lunch portion. It was barely enough to feed her. My mother said her chili was 'tasty, but pretty cold.' My father was the only one pleased with his crab cake sandwich. With a name like 'Craft' I expected quality. This was really disappointing. I have had both good and terrible experiences at Craft. Friends have gotten food poisoning from still frozen mozzarella coins, we have been made to use our dirty plates for the buffet, and the quality of food has declined significantly over the years. The staff is generally rude and abrupt. When I brought my experience with being made to use our dirty plates at the buffet to the attention of the manager, I was told that he was not there, but they always follow the health codes set out by the state. Overall, the bad significantly outweighs the good. read more

The term "bottomless" is used lightly here. Every time we asked for a refill our waitress threw us attitude. May I mention the refills were only about 3oz of champagne each. The food was mediocre: the eggs were liquified, the sausages resembled hockey pucks and The Caesar salad was mushy. Overall I would not recothemmend this place. read more

My husband and I went on a date to this restaurant this past weekend, and we had a wonderful time. We love Old Market so we were anxious to try the new place. We saw some familiar faces behind the counter so to speak, and the usual friendly service. Starting with the hostess, they were helpful and flexible about where I wanted to sit--I wanted to be in the sun. The appetizer of black bean hummus went great with our choice from their nice selection of beers, and our entrees down to the ricotta cheesecake--everything was great! We will return ! read more

Ordered the Monte Cristo tonight at Craft's which was one of the worst meals I have ever been served. The French toast style bread was uncooked and very doughy and unlike the menu description there was no powdered sugar on the sandwich. Also missing was the side of strawberry jelly that normally accompanies a Monte Cristo. I did notice the cook accidently left a very small trace of powdered sugar on the plate but nothing on the sandwich itself. Service was very minimal and brief. read more

Met extended family there for a mini-family reunion - 6 of us. Waited 25 minutes to take our order and another 50 minutes to get our food - server and chef were working alone. Good thing there were only 5 tables occupied. The salmon in my salmon salad was not cooked through. Waitress served one guest completely wrong meal. She took wrong one to kitchen to come back immediately with one "that was in the back"????? She had trouble understanding we wanted 2 individual and 2 couples on separate tickets. Air conditioning wasn't working well. Flies were everywhere. Dirty silverware was wrapped in napkin. Not a great experience at all. read more

My husband and I just had lunch there today. Service was attentive, polite and fast. When we made our drink order, my DH asked for Coke Zero which wasn't available, so he settled for water instead - no biggie. Well, not 5 minutes later, a manager stopped by our table with a bottled Coke Zero and said, "I ran over to the convenience store and picked up one for you." Now, THAT's going above and beyond! DH had the Chicken Parm sandwich which was just huge - it was tasty. I had a summer pasta dish with pesto, feta and veggies - it was very good. Side Caesar salad was flavorful as was the bread with dipping oil. We will be back! read more

Love the fries, and the staff is always super friendly!!!! I really like their lobster dip. I had one of their new menu items, it was delicious and well cooked.
