My overall experience was poor due to several significant issues, including potential privacy, ethical and possibly HIPAA violations , a lack of structure, and unprofessional conduct from the teachers. One of the most concerning aspects of my experience was what appeared to be a potential violation of privacy , ethics and possibly HIPAA and. During approximately end of March 2025 the director Dana Saiz discussed my son's behavioral patterns with an individual who is not listed on any of his paperwork as a family member or authorized contact. This is a serious breach of privacy , ethics and potentially violates HIPAA I find this completely unacceptable and unprofessional. On top of that , the daycare environment felt entirely unstructured. There was a noticeable lack of a clear curriculum or planned activities. ( lots of printed picture activities ) My son often came home without any indication of engaging in educational or developmental activities. This lack of structure is not conducive to a child's learning and growth, and it was a primary reason for my decision to seek alternative care inn addition to the lack of structure, I was also disturbed by the unprofessional language used by some of the teachers. On multiple occasions, I noticed the teacher telling my son he's 'breaking her heart' in the classroom. He's 4. This unprofessional demeanor creates an unsuitable environment for young children and reflects poorly on the daycare's standards. ( update : 1 week at new school and is STRIVING !! ) As a parent, my priority is to ensure my child is in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment. Unfortunately, my experience at Kidz R Us Learning Academy fell far short of these expectations. The potential privacy, ethical violation, the lack of structure and curriculum, and the unprofessional conduct of some staff members are serious concerns that I believe other parents should be aware of.

We tried a few other places and we had a hard time getting someone to even pick up the phone. When we called Precious Moments, they picked up right away and they answered all our questions. We eventually took a tour and when we decided that we wanted to send our son there; they made the registration process really easy. After my wife gave birth, I called them with the eventual time frame that my wife and I were looking at. Precious Moments remembered us right away and they were genuinely excited to meet our son. To give some insight about the cost. Precious Moments takes ECECD Child Care Assistance and if you qualify, it is only a $48 copay a month. Regular it would be $267 a week, which unfortunately is normal for daycares these days. They will give you all the information on how to sign up for the assistance program (which is through the state, not the center itself). The qualifications for receiving the benefits is not extreme at all. Our son has been going to Precious Moments for about 3 months now and everything has been going great so far. The management is great and on top of things. The teaching staff also do a great job as well. The facility is really clean and you can smell it when you walk in. Precious Moments really cares about your child. To give some insight, my son ending up getting hospitalized for a week with RSV. During our time in the hospital, Precious Moments called us almost every day to check in on him and to say that everyone was missing him. Overall, I highly recommended them. I would say if you are interested, to at least give them a call and see if your experience matches ours.

My son had been going here for years. Once covid hit and the state shut down this place went…read moredownhill fast. The staff is careless with the children. One of them even grabbed my son's hoodie vigorously off his head jerking it back. Then after that issue was resolved we had back to back problems with the staff not paying attention to the children while at the park. My son would come home and have bruises from kids pushing off the slide and no reports. Then my son said there was a man talking to them at the park where they go and smoking next to the kids. Once again the staff didn't even know this happened. They don't watch the kids. They take them to the park and then get on their phones until it's time to get the kids back. While in class they put movies on and continue to ignore the children. The most recent issue I had which forced me to find a new daycare for my son was this. I take my son around 10-11 on Wednesdays because I work graveyard and that's usually what time I go to sleep. His mother picks him up and he stays with her until I finish my work week. Well last Wednesday I take my son at the usual time and they are already at the park. Not a big deal. When this happens I will take him to the park and drop him off with then there after signing him in. The owner told me they were at the park next door. So I drove over there and they were no where to be found. So I called and asked what park again. Once again the owner of the facility confirmed the name of the park and said "they should be there, or they are still walking to the park. That is where they told me they are taking the kids." Turns out that they changed their minds and took them to a park two blocks away instead. I called the owner after I found his class and she said "WAIT WHAT?!?!? that is not where they told me and didn't tell me they changed parks". I told her that this is a huge concern for the safety of the children and I'm not ok with this. I then went in and discussed it with her and the manager. They were both unaware of the change before I discovered it and agreed that it was reckless of the staff. This used to be a safe place I could trust. Now it's full of staff that does NOT care about the kids in their care and it's sad. I hope she fixes the issues for the safety of the children still enrolled at their facility. I am now taking my son to Kindercare.

My daughter received two bruises two days apart from each other in the same exact spot. When I…read moreaddressed it with the director, she just told me that they should've wrote a report, but they had "documented it". Never informing me or my husband about these bruises. As a parent that was a huge red flag to me, I had also taken pictures of it as soon as we noticed them, which was the date of each bruise . After the second one something didn't feel right, considering again it was in the same exact spot and the same exact long line shape. I never received an apology or an explanation as to why my daughter received these bruise on her back thigh near her bottom. For the safety of your kids, I would not recommend bringing them here!

Our toddler loved it there and had close bonds with her teachers and friends. We always felt informed about what she did each day, and she definitely got a jump-start on education and life. More importantly, we felt like she was always cared for like part of a "family" rather than an enrollment figure. Highly recommended; our biggest regret in moving away from the area was having to leave Memorable Moments behind!
