Our server was amazing had great hospitality and the food was just top notch although the mimosa wasn't really what I expected. Everything else was amazing.!! I can't ever get enough of their biscuits. They're just so good.

My family and I went on Thanksgiving day for lunch which turned to a late lunch - since our 45 minute wait became 1 hour and 15 minute wait. It was worth it though! My expectations were low on such a busy day, but our server was amazing, though she was new, she had the help of her fellow team members. From time to time drinks were forgotten but not for long when they checked in on us regularly. The Thanksgiving food menu was surprisingly good! However I was not a fan of the chicken and dumplings, I feel the dumplings were too big and dense for my liking. The complimentary cornbread and rolls were decent and my country fried turkey was good. It was my first time having turkey prepared that way and I think I'd like to have it that way more often. Warm cozy atmosphere and not loud for a packed restaurant

Arrived at 10:30 and were seated by 11:00. It has now been over an hour, and we have yet to receive our food. While I understand the establishment is busy, a lack of communication regarding delays is disheartening. The absence of proactive updates or acknowledgment leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service. Regrettably, this experience has left such an unfavorable impression that we are unlikely to return to this location in the future.

Not very good. It was cold and the cheese was melted but you could tell it had been there for a while.

Today I was a little sad. We had to wait A LOT for our food which is understandable on a Saturday night. But, our drinks were never refilled because our waitress was MIA. Cordale came and very nicely refilled our drinks. He was very nice. Also the young lady that seated us was super nice, even bringing bread when she saw that we had been waiting for a while. The food was so so because the chicken, hash brown casserole arrived cold. It seems that: or they don't have enough people serving or at the kitchen. More personnel in busy days is highly advised!!! Country Fried Turkey was good though. And the Mac n Cheese. The New York strip steak and shrimp was good according to my son. Ambiance was ok, the usual here. Family atmosphere . Overall 3 of 5 because of Cordale and the nice lady that seated us. However, it's not the waitress fault, the poor guy was running around nonstop. He was just too busy.

Nice place to have a meal. Gets crowded fairly quickly. Lots to take in and look at while you're there. Our what from the beginning we were told was 30 mins but was more around 15 minutes. So that was good. The staff working here were all friendly and welcoming, it's just our service was on the slower side of things. Once we received our orders, we had to still wait for cutlery. Coffees were more on the lukewarm feeling versus fresh hot. But the food was good and filling. So be sure to go hungry as portions are on the decent side. Their biscuits are delicious. Our first time ever making it to a location. And while we were on vacation. Few minor hiccups but still a good spot to pick.

Be prepared to wait here My first time visiting a crackle barrel got there at 1 the wait was a hour just for 2 ppl Unfortunately they are very short staffed Our waitress was nice but since she was working almost the entire restaurant by herself we had to find her & call her when we needed something Food took a hour also just for some pancakes With that being said the food was very good some of the best pancakes I've had & the syrup they give you is so good Going to give this place another try back home in California

This place is alway full. Food is well worth the wait. I recommend their hash brown with cheese!

This is NOT 2 scrambled eggs

My order should've been ready at 3:09. I didn't receive it until 3:35. Keep in mind this isn't a busy time of the day and I could count the cars in the parking lot. I don't mind waiting some extra time if the food is prepared correctly. However, prepared correctly after the long wait is not what I got. The meal should've been prepared with 2 eggs SCRAMBLED. It looked like one egg and it most definitely wasn't scrambled. The cook just conveniently used the spatula to cut slits in the egg. That went to the trash. They also need to make a practice of cleaning the grill. There were burnt particles embedded into each of the pancakes. That was conveniently facing down on the dish to hide all the crap that was cooked into them. Same with the bacon...the side facing up looked ok but once turned on the other side it wasn't cooked. After waiting for an eternity I was told that they were out of the hashbrown casserole and was asked to pick something else. I picked regular hashbrowns. When the food was finally brought out though there was hashbrown casserole in the bag. This was the ONLY positive experience with the visit. What's the purpose of filling all the options for condiments in the app if they decide to totally ignore? There was no ketchup for the casserole. No plasticware. NO butter for the pancakes. Where they do that at...no butter pancakes?? The only thing that was included besides the ridiculous prepared food was 3 bottles of syrup that I made sure I asked for with one of the many times during the long wait was to make sure that was included. The girl at the counter asked if I wanted the condiments that were missing. I told her no because I had already been waiting long enough. The above order was for confirmation 29102927848194051. I should've learned my lesson because I'd gone the day before and had to call back because the French toast wasn't good. My friend spoke to the manager and have yet to see the refund go back from which she said she processed on confirmation 610779648. I didn't won't to bring up this bad experience but have no choice from the 2 consecutive days of pitiful service.

Plus who doesn't love those biscuits and honey? Fortunately we had missed the lunch rush and were seated immediately. Our table was next to "Rick's" table, Babe's famous dining guest. He was wonderful throughout our visit ensuring we never lacked for anything. My wife and I ordered a fried chicken dinner and a vegetable plate. A few visits back we learned the little trick. Ordering the two separate plates we don't end up taking a lot of chicken home. The fired chicken dinner includes the white meat my wife likes and the dark meat I love plus unlimited veggies for the both of us. It's the perfect dinner for the two of us. The fried chicken was, of course, stellar, as it always is plus the addition of the phenomenal sides. the Italian style green beans, creamed style corn, whipped potatoes and a lettuce salad with their sweet-sour dressing. Our waiter did NOT want to be there and put in minimal effort. The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. The waiter said he would be back with our green beans but they never arrived. Their batter is not seasoned, making for bland chicken. Endless sides and large portions but the bland chicken and lackluster waiter at $20/person made this a 3 for me.

I decided to get the shrimp and grits which included 1 fried fish, 1 side. It was about $22. It was back by popular demand. Honestly, not my favorite choice on the menu. They do give you a good amount of food. My hush puppies were overcooked and hard. I got a side order of corn which was really flavorful. The fried fish was okay. The grits could have been more soft. The employees are always nice, just this time around I wasn't feeling this particular item.

We had the pleasure of meeting Nana herself. Me and my mom enjoyed speaking with her. She was pleasant and friendly. I loved how she was very down to earth. My mom took a photo with her. My server was the sweetest and most polite person. She checked on me and my mom multiple times. She was friendly and helpful. So I must say my service was welcoming and AMAZING! I felt like part of the family! Now it's not a fancy place, but it was clean and cozy. Like a mom and pops place. Condiments are provided on the table. Even roses that were real are in a vase. You can dine in or they have a carry out side. Well I chose fish since that's what I wanted. The 2 piece filet meal comes with 2 sides. They will bring your food out in a plastic container. So if you have left overs it's already set to go. The food came out hot and fresh. The fish was fried nicely. I wish it was seasoned a bit more for my liking. It was pretty good though. It was a great size and again fried to perfection. The hush puppies were really tasty. The fried corn fritter was delicious. The pickled tartar sauce was unique and I loved it. OMG the cabbage was so DAMN GOOD! This stole the show. It was cooked perfectly and seasoned with love. It touched my soul and I wanted to lick my container. The Mac and Cheese was a NO for me. It was like black pepper and cheese sauce. It was just blah and II didn't even eat it. However, others may like it, but it wasn't that great. Sorry Nana! Overall I had a good visit! I will definitely come back and EAT when in the area. The cabbage won me over. I left feeling happy and full. The southern hospitality was FANTASTIC!
