We love the quality and flavor of the brisket and pulled pork. I like the brisket better, while my husband like the pulled pork better. But we agree we like both. They're tasty and moist. Even after reheating. Which is very important for us. The BBQ sauce is not too sour and not too sweet. My Asian tongue doesn't like most BBQ sauce, mostly too sweet or too sour. Theirs is just right. We tried the Crack Brisket yesterday for the first time, we had Brisket, port butt, and burned ends. My personal favorite is the pork so tender and juicy. Yum Yum. Crack Brisket has become one of my go to places to get BBQ. I've ordered the brisket, pork butt, pork belly burnt ends, and the Texas Twinkies. Everything was fantastic! The seasoning on the brisket was amazing, everything was juicy, and if you're going to get the Texas Twinkies then you better order more than 10....extremely addicting! Mac is an awesome dude and smokes the meats the perfect amount. The BBQ I would definitely say is comparable to Pecan Lodge, if not better, in my opinion. Had an entire slab shipped over to Jersey for Thanksgiving and I never had anything like it. I had some good brisket every time I went out to Texas but none could out do Crack Brisket.
