    Don't do business with this company they're greedy. Have had a loan for two years now and they are…read morethe lien holders. My truck that I have through another company value has deprecated and reflects that on my insurance. This company wants my equipment to still be valued at the same price it was two years ago even with all the payments I've made over the course of two years. I also asked for a payoff just to know where I was at and they told me a number close to where I started at. After I called in they said it could be a lower amount. If you don't speak up and just pay it. I'm pretty sure they won't say anything. Do business anywhere else.

You have very few options so you turn to what they call merchant loans/financing. We were looking for 2-5 year loan but nobody wants to help the small business owners. You have 12-18 months to pay this type of loan they pull $500 a week on a $20,000 loan and because they never stated to me but could be in the contract they file a UCC-1 on both you and your company. When times get tough and you need some breathing room they quickly send their attorney after you. I had to stop the withdrawals because it got very slow and we needed some time to build cashflow. They sent Aubrey Law Firm immediately they in turn threaten garnishment, foreclosure and any other means. Anybody looking to this type of funding DO NOT DO IT.
