We were looking for a great place to get away and relax and to be somewhere new. So we found all of this at the Cozy Rose. After four nights in "Vista Villa", we were totally spoiled with the coziest bed ever and each morning with coffee and a sumptuous breakfast. Jenny and Mark were great hosts. The owners are very friendly and very well-kept rooms. Beautiful building with amazing grounds love all the fountains that are around a ton of flowers that you can smell with of course roses all over. Also a number of poppy plants and the beautiful grounds for just walking with a vineyard right across the road that I'm looking at. I grew up in the tri-cities and love to come back to visit friends and family A bed and breakfast is a perfect pairing with these trips and somehow over the years I had never stumbled upon this amazing property. I have to say staying here is a must. The owners and hosts are amazing. As I walked up the drive of the property, I felt such a great welcoming energy. I stayed in the villa vista Room which was an absolutely perfect retreat. The Parisian theme was perfectly done and felt like I was at a historic country home just outside Paris. I have always loved the high desert in WA and the sky filled with stars felt like I could just reach out my window and grab them. I picked up a book and put my feet up and took the night off from electronics which was amazing. The food is off the charts. They actually have Dinner available and on my first night, I ordered an amazing meal which was followed by breakfast in the morning of poached eggs cooked exactly how I asked for them, biscuits, ham, potatoes. As I ate my breakfast I got chills it was so tasty. I would definitely recommend a stay and give yourself time to truly enjoy all this property and hosts have to offer. read more

The Cozy Rose was a total surprise after passing so many motels and cows along the freeway. I give the Cozy Rose 5 stars because it exceeded my expectation of what a B&B in the area with 4 stars would be and the owner is so gracious. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed our room with it's spa bathroom (jacuzzi and walk in steam shower) tremendously. The room was large, well-appointed, charming and clean. I will definitely stay here again when I pass through the area. Pro tip: Don't skip breakfast, the cook has some amazing skills. read more

Be Very Careful in booking this place..... On September 18th 2019, I booked a room at the Cozy Inn for JULY 2020. Upon learning there were a lot of cats on the property (I am allergic), I cancelled the reservation. My credit card was charged 251 dollars (higher than the one nigh rates shown here) because I cancelled. Now I get it, If I hold a reservation for months, and then cancel it, the hotel probably could have booked that room over that time, and my cancellation would have done them harm. I only held the reservation for 3-4 hours, and they have the unmitigated gaul to charge me $251. Great people? I don't think so. Sounds more like greedy and grasping to me..... If these guys are this hard up for money...I would advise caution. read more

I am a traveling health care worker and stayed at the Cozy Rose for 13 weeks during my first contract. Mark and Jenny were fantastic hosts. They are kind and compassionate, and made being away from home for the first time so much easier. The First Crush cottage where I stayed is adorable, clean, comfortable and perfect for a single person or couple. The bed is fantastically comfortable, and the huge TV and clawfoot bathtub were my favorite amenities. Highly recommend! read more

The Cozy Rose is one of the nicest, cleanest, most romantic B&Bs in the land. The breakfast was outstanding, everything fresh and lovingly prepared and brought to us in bed. The room was reasonably priced for an average quainty B&B but well underpriced for the quality of room it was. The owners were helpful and steered us to an outstanding pizzeria in Prosser as well. Go there and sip wine at the Loft in Prosser and dine at Wine O'Clock. Buy a bottle of the Cab at Martinez and Martinez located in the Loft. It was idyllic all around. read more

We stayed two nights at the Cozy Rose B & B a couple years back as an anniversary gift to ourselves. Our love for wine and Columbia Valley wines is pretty huge so the area was the obvious choice. We definitely weren't disappointed. The service was excellent. I didn't feel like I was at home and that's a good thing. We felt so welcome and catered to. The grounds were immaculate but retained the country charm that we love. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. The breakfasts were delivered to our room without intrusion, still hot, and were delicious and substantial. I also have a degree in culinary arts so my standards are set rather high. We didn't spend much time in the room because we were out wine tasting much of the days we were there, but the time spent was very relaxing. read more

What a great find! We were on the way to Walla Walla from Seattle and wanted to stop someplace in between. I reserved the Secret Garden room and what a delight it was. The hosts were lovely, the grounds were even more impressive and breakfast served on our personal outdoor patio was even more enjoyable. They even made me egg whites and offered a gluten free toast option. The Jacuzzi tub was fun and the color lighted, radio, steam shower was even more awesome. Our room had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee, robes, sitting area and a huge comfy bed (though the pillows were too hard/bouncy for me). There's not much around those parts but it was a nice way to wind down, into our vacation. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, sweet, friendly getaway. Spent two nights here to relax and wine taste. The owners were both very nice. The breakfasts were good. The room was spotless. TV was flat screen and huge, many channels including music/radio stations. The bed is very romantic. The Secret Garden Suite has a great two-person jetted tub and the most amazing shower. The shower is super high-tech: has radio, fun colored lights, different nozzles where water can come out, and can even become like a steam room. How cool!!! I want one for my dream house one day! Our only complaint is that the Secret Garden Suite seems to share a wall with the kitchen area, resulting in early morning noise when the owners are preparing breakfast for all the guests. We could pretty much hear every word of their conversation, smell the breakfast being prepared, the clanking of pans, opening of the fridge door, running of kitchen sink water, etc. They need to soundproof the wall more. read more

I found the Cozy Rose online while searching for lodging in the Grandview/Prosser area. There aren't a lot of options in the area, but I am glad we ended up here. We stayed in the Irish House (a separate cabin off of the main building, resembling a small apartment). The rooms were beautifully decorated, with large, comfortable beds. The Irish House also has a kitchen, living room, and shared bathroom - all were well-equipped. The hosts, Mark and Jennie, were fantastic. They were friendly and attentive to every need, and ensured that their guests enjoy the visit. They have a great reputation, and many of the other local business people (gallery owners, shop owners, and restauranteurs) had wonderful things to say about them. We will definitely stay here again. read more

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Roze. It is an absolutely adorable bed and breakfast, with beautiful grounds and decorations. We stayed in the Villa Vista suite, which is the upstairs of a cute house. It was decorated in a french style, with a king size bed, and its own outdoor deck. The room was lovely, the breakfast was delicious, and the whole stay was very romantic. My only concern was that the suite that we stayed in was not very clean. There were cobwebs in many of the ceiing corners and above the doors. We even found 2 live spiders in our suite during our one night stay, one of whch was in my shower! Aside from this, the Cozy Rose was absolutely wonderful and breathtaking, and we will definitely be staying there again. read more

What a great B&B in the middle of Yakima wine country. Mark and Jennie are wonderful hosts. The breakfasts served in your room, the quiche being our favorite, are all were great!
