I sent multiple emails and even Facebook messages. Still no one had reached out to me. I finally decided to comment on their daily posts on Facebook saying that I had been trying to reach out and then finally someone had called me back. The women said that they were understaffed due to sickness that week and that's why they didn't answer the phones. I decided to send her there for 4 nights because we were out of town and when I picked her up she seemed fine. I will be out of town this weekend for a trip and needed somewhere to board here again, so I called to see if I could get here in and again, no answer. I have called this company MANY MANY times and not one time have they answered. They still are doing daily updates on Facebook though. I do not recommend this place and I really do now know how they get their business since they don't answer phones, emails or Facebook messages. I tried to give another chance but this is just bad bad business.

Unfortunately a lot of trainers use aversives, especially with large strong dogs. We were so excited to find Julia, and after our meet & greet we were confident she was a good choice. Julia did a 2 week board & train with our dog while we were traveling, mainly focusing on leash skills and practicing calm behavior around exciting things. We noticed an immediate improvement, but have also been continuing to work on the training at home after our follow up. We didn't think much of it. Stuff happens. 2nd was the worst ear infection I have ever seen. Clearly bloody outside and inside his ear. He was crazy scratching. Neither of these visits did we get a call from them letting us know so we could take action earlier. Our dog was clearly not walked or looked after on either of these visits. Unfortunately we will not be returning, and I recommend that you try another place first.

My smaller dog had a curvature in his back indicating he had been kept in a crate or kennel that was too small for him, according to my vet. My larger dog had a raging infection, temp of 104 (101 is normal), very high white blood cell count, would not eat...He had to be put in antibiotics. I don't know what happened to my dogs at this place, but it was not good. I would actually say I would give them no stars. My larger dog was so bad that we were talking about euthanasia.
