Since this is an open air location, there is not food court, but plenty of restaurants at the mall as well as the surroundings. You will not go hungry here. And of course there is a movie theater and even event spaces to rent. I hope it survives the declining retail climate, because this is a very convenient location for me.

This is an outdoor shopping mall, a moving away from the traditional mall concept and yet it has its own issues (especially during winter). Like most malls, Perry Crossing has experienced some of the more traditional anchors going away. You've definitely got some of the familiar places from a traditional mall - JCPenney, Yankee Candle, Bath & Body Works, Claire's, Dick's Sporting Goods and others. Food options here? Bru Burger, El Toro, Hot Box Pizza, Schakolad Chocolate Factory, Rocket Fizz, Stone Creek Dining Company, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, and Theo's Italian. There's a Barnes & Noble here. There's AMC Perry Crossing. There's a splash pad for the kiddos. There's a family restroom between Zales and Yankee Candle (also available for nursing moms). Curb cuts are solid. Accessible parking is plentiful. Because this is an open-air concept, be aware that as accessible as everything is you'll still be going from store-to-store outside for the most part. So, plan accordingly. I generally do fine here, however, for those with mobility concerns or who might require assistance it's important to remember that during inclement weather you're not really protected from the elements. Overall, I like this shopping center. Things are well labeled, well organized, and parking is pretty reasonable. While it's not my favorite Indy retail spot, I often forget how much I like it until I am here.

Beautiful! That is…read morethe word I would describe to use for my custom-made belt from Hilltop Leather (located within the Village Trading Post). While browsing in their store a couple of weeks ago, I saw a design with pink painted peace signs. There wasn't a belt in my size, so I inquired about ordering one. They were very helpful and measured me. They stated that being that it was the holiday season, that it might take more than a week to get it back. This was two weeks before Christmas, and I told them that I didn't need it by then as it wasn't a gift. The day before Christmas, I received a call that it was finished. That was awesomely fast! I couldn't make it there that day due to a family celebration, but I went and picked it up the next day they were open. When I arrived, I received the belt. Unfortunately, due to a holiday mixup, the belt was way too long. The gentleman at the counter assured they would make it right by the next day. The did! It was a perfect fit. I highly recommend dealing with them for custom leather belts. I will take a picture of my beautiful belt soon!

The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable about the items in his store. Do not hesitate to ask him questions just because he allows you the freedom to browse uninterrupted. My husband was so excited to find a military antique shop. Even spending an hour in the shop wasn't long enough for him. We went back this past week to purchase a specific item he found during our first visit. Unfortunately, he had sold out but said he was fairly confident he could find in a few weeks. Just reinforces, if you love it, buy it when you see it. They are always looking to buy military items, vintage clothing, or your antiques. Contact Constables if you have items you would like to sell to them or to consign to them to be in Constables. There is so much history in this shop that it feels like a true museum.

We were just strolling around town and happen to come to this store. The necklaces were fun. We have 2 separate group of friends who had visited and bought jewelry here for all genders. The owners were really sweet and nice enough to explain a lot of items. I think the owners definitely make this store. It's a small town, I wouldn't expect much in customer service or such from a mom pop old store.

When I looked at the hours posted on the door (open only 3 days a week and starting at 11 am. to whenever the owner decides to leave), I could see why. This is the first time I've been here that they are open, so if you want to check them out, make it later in the week around lunch time. Inside the building is long and narrow (shot gun style) with items along each wall and a central row of tables loaded with mostly glass ware and small items. There are some antiques and cabinets, but not much else in furniture. I was surprised there were so many paintings (framed) available too. But overwhelmingly, the selection of glassware and pottery/dishes dominates the inventory. The owner was in discussion with another customer, so he failed to acknowledge me when I entered and left. So, I'm not sure how to rate the customer service part of the business. Review #3627
