Products are actually shipped from either some location in Korea or wuhan, china. Don't buy from them, they don't refund, products are not what's advertised. Dispute immediately with your bank. I have read where they try to sneak in secondary charges and try to get buyers to pay extra to get better tracking info. The videos and ads are actually stolen to create what looks like a legit site.
