Dear sir or madam, I…read morehave been a customer of your Newport facility for the past 7 1/2 years. I use the dry cleaners, car wash, and Laundromat. I must say the location is convenient for me However, today I left there very discus ted the laundromat was filthy...your attendant was more interested in smoking her 'ciggy' and being outside than to take in my dry cleaning and open the bathroom door. I waited at the counter for no less than 5 minutes while she smoked with her BACK to the inside of her area. There were DEAD cockroaches on the floor...not one...several in the laundry mat area...also 'fluff' drying sheets that almost caused ME to FALL 'cause I stepped on one that I had not seen. In the restroom there was NO SOAP, NO PAPER Towels, the trash can was overflowing....the toilet was dirty. I realize this area is used by many people, but your 'attendant' was not busy and could have used her time cleaning the facility and not smoking and sitting on the pavement in the drive thru area of the dry cleaners. Maybe you guys do no longer care to operate a clean facility, if that is the case, there are others in Morehead that do care and keep their facilities very clean and equipment maintained. In less than two hours, I received a text saying my comforter was done and ready for pickup. My comforter was sparkling clean (did I mention it is WHITE? Lol!) and I was very happy with it.
