I've had 2 loans from this company, and they're pretty good. My favorite person to work with is Mrs.Bri, she's always so polite and kind. She pays attention to you, and makes you feel comfortable. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I did have an issue in the past. During my first loan, If you do not make your payment on time, they will give you a courtesy call to remind you that it is due. I had never been late before with payment, however I did received a call from one of the employees (I'm not sure if she's still there), and I was told my payment was due a few days prior. I apologized and let her know I honestly had forgot and was going to be out of town, and upon returning I would make my payment. She then got rude and told me that, that wasn't going to work, and that her manager told her I needed to make my payment that day. I then asked to speak to the manager (because I did not believe her) and once placed on the phone with her I was not talked to as a valued customer, the manager talked to me very similar. I was so annoyed that I took off from work and went ahead and paid my loan off that day. During my last loan with them I sat down with the manager (Bri was out), to take out another loan to help me establish credit. During this visit things were okay, until the manager asked me if they were going to have issues with me paying this time. As if I was a constantly late customer who had issues with making payment. I was confused seeing as I was only late with them once, and whilst that payment was late I also ended up paying off the loan in full. Overall the visit was okay though, and they work pretty fast. Aside from that incident and employee, the loan itself reflected positively on my credit report. It did take a while to reflect, but they report to the credit bureau every 30 days (if I'm not mistaking). I highly recommend speaking with Bri!!! read more
