If you are on Medicare, stay away from Anthem and avoid their plans! One of the medications I must take previous cost $90 with CVS, which Anthem previously used. Then Anthem created its own in-house pharmacy called Ingenio which they are forcing me to use. In the first year, the price of this medication with Anthem's pharmacy jumped to $126. Now, in the second year, the price skyrocketed to $190! The national average price for this medication is $0 to $50 and with the Anthem pharmacy I am forced to use (Ingenio), it is $190 and they say this is their discounted price! I have filed a long complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Now I have filed this complaint with Yelp. If Anthem does not lower the price of this medication to something close to the national average, I am going to ask for the help of my Senator and Congressional Representative and ask that an investigation be launched into Anthem's captive pharmacy, Ingenio. If you are looking for a Medicare insurance plan, stay away from Anthem. Tell all of your friends to avoid them. You will have nightmares over their prescription drug pricing. Now you know how Anthem makes billions of dollars by preying upon their customers.

I am a single mom that has to play the superhero and at the same time make sure that I stay on top of my small business provide for my child. I have 8 employees and with all the deliveries and orders that we get life gets pretty hectic and I overlooked all the city and state regulations that I had to follow, with having the right insurance and showing proof to my lender, all the additional insurers and of course the workers compensation insurance and a bunch of other insurances and filings that still do not make sense to me. I called Serge's office lost and not knowing what I needed to have and was able to speak with him the same minute.
