A week and a half later we got a proposal that did not include the original work requested. I called them and asked questions about it. The woman Sheri said someone would call me back. I had to cal them back after a day of no response. After a short discussion with "Ernie" I was told to take my business elsewhere as they were to busy and did not want to mess with a $4000 job. Worst customer service I have ever had. They were condescending and put out that I had asked for an itemized estimate.Don't use these people. They want to rip you off by not itemizing estimates.
