They were paid 90% with balance due on completion. We should have not have been that generous. This spring we discovered over half the job wasn't matted as weeds have permeated the entire area. Still very open to having them make this right and updating this review. Response to SL&R: This doesn't explain why over half the job in the front yard didn't get matted but did get mulch. It is clearly visible where the matting stops and the weeds begin. Also doesn't explain the disappearance and lack of follow up communication. Still open to you making this right.

All they did was just replace it. Why replace it if your not going to fix the primary problem that caused the roof problems. You'll regret it if you do business with Boak & Sons. I give one star because they suck.
