My mum needed a new bathroom fitting with a low bath, non slip floor and hand rails. I start the review with this as I would like you to know that my mum is a pensioner and lives alone. I was concerned that we would get cheated or taken advantage of, so I helped my mum to find a bathroom fitter. A friend recommended James from Coventry Bathrooms. I was really pleased with the complete service that he gave. The price was less than what I expected which is always a pleasant surprise. We had to wait for 4 weeks for the work to start which was a little frustrating, but they did start when they said they would. They finished the bathroom in 6 days which was the amount of time they estimated it would take. My mum and I are both really pleased with the new fitted bathroom and my mum can now safely use the bathroom and I do not have to worry that she may slip. I would recommend James to my friends and like to add that I would also recommend him to other older people. We didn't feel like vulnerable customers and that was my biggest worry about it all.
