I lived here during the autumn of 2015 and from the beginning I had problems. The lock to my door…read moredid not work and my toilet would not flush and the light would turn off and on. It took them a week to mend the problems with my lock and the issues with the bathrooms continued to reoccur during my stay. The problems with my lights where never fixed.
The service they offered was horrible and often they just straight out ignored my requests, problems and complaints. I still haven't received the deposit of 6490 pesos that I paid; even tough they said I would have them before February. I doubt I will receive it since I have heard that other people have waiter even longer and they have stopped responding to my e-mails.
The apartment looked nice at first look but after living there for a while I realise that everything is really cheaply made and would break leading to a cost for me. When it rained heavily water entered through cracks in the windows edges. I lived in a shared apartment which only had two cocking plates who could barley boil water which made it almost impossible to use the kitchen for cooking.
The only good thing I can say about living here is that it was very clean.
I would not recommend anyone to live here because it is more problems that it is comfortable and will cost one much more than what one would expect.

Viví aquí durante el otoño de 2015 y desde el principio tuve problemas. La cerradura de la puerta no funcionaba, el agua del baño no bajaba bien y la luz se apagaba y se prendía. Les tomó una semana para arreglar los problemas con mi cerradura y los problemas con el baño siguieron ocurriendo durante mi estancia. Los problemas con las luces nunca los arreglaron.
El servicio que ofrecían era horrible y a menudo simplemente ignoraban mis peticiones, problemas y quejas. Todavía no he recibido el depósito de 6,490 pesos que pagué; aún cuando me dijeron que me los darían antes de que terminará febrero. Dudo que vaya a recibirlo ya que he oído que otras personas tienen esperándolo incluso más tiempo, y han dejado de responder a mis correos.
El apartamento tenía buen aspecto a primera vista, pero después de vivir allí por un tiempo me dí cuenta de que todo está hecho de mala calidad lo que facilitaría a que se dañaran las cosas, lo que conduce a un costo. Cuando llovía mucho el agua entraba a través de las grietas en los bordes de las ventanas. Yo vivía en un apartamento compartido y la cocina sólo tenía dos parrillas pequeñas donde casi no se podía hervir agua, lo que hacía casi imposible su uso para cocinar.
Lo único bueno que puedo decir sobre vivir aquí es que estaba muy limpio.
Yo no recomendaría a nadie a vivir aquí porque hay más problemas que comodidad y tiene un costo mucho más alto de lo que uno se puede esperar.
