So I'm usually a fan of Cousin's, but the last few times I've went I've gotten pretty bad food. The customer service is always great but when I get home and open my bags my subs have been horrible. I usually get the pepperoni melt and I ask for extra meat and cheese. The last two times I got charged for double meat but I only would receive the normal amount of meat and cheese. Then my bread is either dry and broken up or it's completely soggy and wet and I can barely eat it. I'd honestly rather deal with ok customer service in exchange for a better sub. It seems that these issues only occur late at night, but when I order during the day my sub is usually just about perfect, so maybe Cousins can work on training the night crew to make the subs the same way the day crew makes them. read more

This is the worst place I have ever been to, it was like a living hell. I walked in and could already tell no one knew what was going on. Literally there was 3 people in line and the trip took 40 min to get 2 sandwiches. After waiting for years, they tried to give us fries that were sitting out the whole time we were standing waiting. And yet once we got the new fries they sucked. Everyone was absolutely clueless, no one knew what sandwich was which, and they were opening up sandwiches, and re shutting them to see what they were. And there was only 3 people there?????? A lady that was there before us, sadly was in there even longer than us. They messed up her food around 5 times and didn't even offer to give a refund. And the worst part is no one stepped up to help when there was an obvious issue in the restaurant. Seriously almost blew a fuse in there. They also let us walk out of the restaurant with the wrong sandwich after all of that bullshit. NEVER COME TO THIS COUSINS SUBS. read more

The service is poor. Cheese curds aren't made until you arrive and then they take your hot subs from under the warmer and let them sit out while you wait for the cheese curds to fry. read more

Service was polite, very fast, and the facility was very clean. Food was fresh and tasty. I would almost rate this restaurant as an equivalent to a subway. I visited this place in Milwaukee, WI and I'm from Kentucky, so I didn't get a chance to try a verity of the sub selections. I actually tried the Philly Steak, which is normally what I get from any sub place, first visit anyway. They did have a few other selections that sounded like they would've been very good but I'll find out my next time back read more

This place is gross. The last 7 orders have been wrong or missing something. Everyone in WFB laughs at this place as a running joke for constantly screwing things up. Today = wrong sandwich and missing my side. I just don't get it! You have one job! Do NOT go to this place. read more

Unclean...unclean...unclean... and disorganized The food prep area was flithy. The grill was disgusting. There was cross contamination of food items: i.e. lettuce spilling all over the place, food prep counter was dirty, knives being reused without being cleaned, and bacon touching the glass guard. One of the food prep cooks did not have on a hair net and/or hat. There was a lack of understanding of cross contamination by the workers. One worker worked the cash counter after handling contaminated cash and then proceeded to drop french fries into the fryer while keeping on the same gloves the whole time. Hence their lack of understanding about hygiene and the food industry. Every order that we heard called out was wrong. My Aunt and I had enough when we saw the prep area and had decided to cancel our order; however, we had to wait an additional five minutes and watch the circus beforehand. Once we cancelled our order, we kindly drove five miles away to the other Cousin's on Brown Deer Road where the orders were right, the food station was clean, and there were no hygiene issues. read more

We ordered 3 Italian subs 2 with black olives and 1 with black olives and yellow peppers. We received 2 subs not black olives or peppers. We went back and got the third sub with the black olives. The staff was very nice and gave us the last sub. We missed the oil on all or if they put it on it was very light. read more

I was super excited there was a new cousins by my house. First time here today. Awful service. Gave my order at the drive-thru. Pulled forward & paid. A girl came to the window and said, "philly cheesesteak?" I said no. She said, "chicken cheddar?" Again, no. So she showed me the slip. It had the ingredients I ordered. So I asked if there was provolone or cheddar, because I ordered provolone and she said cheddar. She said she didn't know, because she "just passes them out." Then I ask if it is toasted as I had requested when placing my order. Again, she doesn't know. I feel the sandwich and it's cold. So, she takes the bag back. Not even 30 seconds later, a new person comes up to the window and hands me the bag and says "have a good night." I open the sandwich while still at the window -- STILL not toasted. The asked me to pull ahead. I've now been waiting for my new sub for almost 10mins. The last girl I interacted with was so sweet and apologetic. I wish I would have gotten her name. read more

Food is fine, but this location was a disorganized mess. I ordered online, and arrived about 10 to 15 min later. I stayed patiently under the Ordered Online sign, for about another 15 minutes, while someone was complaining on the phone, and then came rushing in person, stepped in front of me to return her "nasty greasy cheesesteak" and have a fresh sandwich made. Over 30 minutes after I placed my online order, someone finally came apologetically to me to get my name...my order had not even been started. So the half dozen plus people that had come in since I had been standing there got their orders made before mine was even started while I was in the store (not to mention how many others after I ordered before I even arrived). I was pretty furious with the experience and would have walked out, except I had already paid online. So I feel like this review is my only recourse at this point. My recommendation is that online orders should not receive inferior preference to those who order in person or drive up. All orders should be made in the order that they come, regardless of how the order was placed. I can say that I have been to the West Allis on Lincoln location many times, and they have their stuff together every time. Model after that location!! read more

I ordered a single sub from this cousins 4 times since the new establishment was completed in Glendale. I ordered online each time and 3 of 4 times it was not ready when I arrived, not even in progress. Today was exactly the same, I ordered online, said to be ready at 11:20am. I arrived at 11:30am, had to wait to get assistance, and was then told it will be a few seconds" they were finishing it up. I watched for 5 minutes without seeing a sub that resembled mine being made. I asked the same associate if he could check on my online order since I did not see it being made. He just stared at me, but thankfully someone else behind the counter heard me and confirmed my name, then pulled the ticket and began making it. Ultimately, I got my sub at about 11:40am, 20 minutes after it was to be ready for pick up. The whole point of online ordering is for quick pick up, but unfortunately this establishment apparently doesn't acknowledge the online ordering process. I was excited about the new online ordering option, but since it does not appear to be effective, I guess it's back to Subway. At least I can get rewards points there or a $6 footlong.
