Desk to write- check Tv if needed-check
    Maureen C.

I had a class over the weekend that started from 9-530pm and the thought of having to wake up early, get ready and drive back and forth left me weary so I decided to search for a place to crash for a couple of days until the class was over. So after much searching and consideration I chose this place as it was close to where my class was. Sad to read the reviews other people had, I'm glad I didn't share those experiences. Again, my needs were rather simple so this is what I based on my review on. 1-Cleanliness: I do check sheets and floor for bed bugs and random hair that's not mine. Found none 2-Room functionality : tv, coffee maker/coffee/tea, couch that pulls out to accommodate another body, blow dryer, bathroom, clean towels, desk, king sized bed...check 3-Toiletries: glad I brought my own. While they did stock on the usual bars of soap, the conditioner dispenser mounted on the bathroom wall was empty/not working. 0.5 off -overall it would be a 4.5 experience

Way overpriced place to stay. Needs updates...... Badly. Charged me $339 a night for a room with nasty.... Stained carpet and dead insects inside the picture frame in the bathroom {see photos}. Hotel offered me 1000 marriott points.... Which was a nice gesture.... But still charged me full pop on the room. I contacted the hotel manager and was promptly broomed. The reason for this review is.... If this was a Motel 6, it would be OK. But.... This is a $339 a night hotel room! A Marriott Chain!!!Don't be fooled by the lobby. It is all newly renovated. Room Decor is over 20 year old!!!!

Any hotel that charges 2.30 for coffee that is usually free at other places, has rooms that directly overlook and share an odor from the garbage dumpster, and that has cleaning folks who miss random garbage in the room gets no more than two stars. Checked in here for work. Show up late in the evening and parking is a nightmare. Your room will be somewhat outdated, with modest furnishings and a small flat screen tv. The bathrooms area is very small, with your small sink area outside the door to the tub and toilet. The toilet/tub room is very small. I opened the curtains to find that my room directly overlooked the dumpsters. I also noticed used paper cups on the window sill that the cleaning folks missed. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you run out of options with the other area hotels.

No surprises accommodation (which is what you want) but here is a tip. The hotel is near capacity almost year around and if you do get a room facing highway, please ensure that double-glass French-doors leading to the balcony are BOTH shut (see picture) First night, the maid had left only one closed and the highway hum was unbearable.

A perfect place to stay for family or sports team gatherings. I don't always sleep well in very many hotels, The Westin I love because of their heavenly beds and nice hotels. In this Courtyard San Ramon it had to be the beds and just the relaxing clean inviting communal areas. Use your HiltonHHonors membership ask for breakfast bundle. We had a great deal with a convenient full breakfast included. Ideal since we were busy at a local soccer tourney and needed to be at the field early. Friendly, spotless, relaxing, with lots of areas to gather with friends both inside and outside. The pool area and patio sitting area is nice. Just inside from the pool area they have a large family style room equipped with board games, fireplace and a large FlatScreen TV. There is also a place to print out your boarding pass while you sip on fruit infused ice tea. Make sure you have a Friday night dinner at Clementine's within walking distance next door. Their fried chicken is yum. One negative is that for the 3 nights we stayed, their breakfast service was very slow. So try to get to breakfast early if you have to be somewhere. We had to take it to go because they were so slow

It is like a big giant loop. The community center is well kept, the bathrooms are cleaned. It is definitely a good space to have a party for kids especially if they want to utilize the playground or Splash pad. If you are hosting a party during the colder months, then you may need to find some activities inside. I think they have several rooms that you can rent from. The one that we were in did not have carpet, some people like the carpet feel for some parties (like baby shower), but I thought the space was plentiful for a kid's birthday party. The kids were able to run around, play musical chairs and plenty of room for an entertainer.

Or they give you weekday times to tour that are in the middle of the day. They stopped responding to my emails and never answered their personal lines that are included in their email signature. HOW FRUSTRATING! Either you don't want my business in reserving for an event. Or you're discriminating against me in not responding to my emails. My boyfriend and I emailed the facility tech Alejandro Ochoa (gochoa@sanramon.ca.gov), the rec coordinator James Spielvogel (jspielvogel@sanramon.ca.gov), and program specialist Nargess Anwar (nanwar@sanramon.ca.gov). They only responded at the very beginning and never responded back when I was serious enough to come an tour. We submitted a form to rent the center for our event. NOTHING BACK. It's been 10 days and counting since we've gotten any response. Don't give them your business. The city (or whoever is responsible) needs to hire people who are competent enough to answer their emails and phones so that they can get business in renting our their facility.

Presentations were held in the Tahoe auditorium with clean and comfortable lime green seats facing the stage and much better sound than in the atrium. We used at least a couple different rooms during the conference, but it looked like they have so much more to offer. Such a lovely venue, with multiple lounge seating areas, along with lake views out back and access to Lake Annabel just steps away. Water features create an inviting setting at the front entrance coming from the parking lot as well, with lots of greenery and adorable waterbirds on site. Parking was free and plentiful, too. There was potato salad, hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken wings, salad, beans, pesto salad, and rolls. The staff was very accommodating at the venue, they made sure to have plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. To top it all off, we had yummy snow cones that came in cherry red and tropical blue. The kids had really seemed to love the snow cones. We opted to have an open bar feature at the event, which the guests enjoyed beer and wine options. There were activities that included, bocce ball, swimming pool, horseshoe games, rock climbing wall, inflated golf course, bouncy house, basketball court, and volleyball court.
