On February 3, 2025 the Courier post double charged my subscription on my credit card. I called Courier Post Customer Service and was told by Nicole that I was correct and she would correct it. After waiting one month and being double charged again on my credit card, I called Courier Post Customer Service again and was again told I was correct and would get a credit of now $39.98 within five business days. After waiting and not getting the credit I called again and was told the same thing. On March 25th, I called again and cancelled my subscription and the Courier made me wait on hold for more than one hour while they cancelled my subscription and worked on my credit that they acknowledged I was due. I still don't have my credit. read more

Since they lost over halve if their circulation , major lay offs and now have it printed 90 miles away some news not in the paper for 36 hours. read more

HORRIBLE customer service, also newspaper went from $ 13 month to $28, when i called customer service the representative was very rude DONT subscribe to their newspapers read more

The paper has become extremely expensive. I called about the price of the 5 day delivery which went from $25 to $37! They gave me a deal, $28 for 7 days. That made no sense to me, but I took it. Biggest complaint is the delivery. It is NEVER near my steps. It's a game trying to find it. Twice it landed on on my neighbor's car. Luckily it was early enough she didn't see it. I have written, called, complained, numerous times, but same old same old. If it wasnt for the puzzles, I'd drop The subscription. read more

How lame is it when it's become acceptable for home delivery newspapers to be delivered on the sidewalk and nowhere close to the front porch?! That is the position of the Courier Post. I can understand, that flaccid little thing they call newspaper doesn't fly very well when you throw it, but still isn't the point of home delivery getting it on your doorstep? I'm wasting my time...they will be gone soon. read more

Poor excuse for a newspaper ,subscribed in time for super bowl [ 3 days ] before , got sat,& sun paper, NO paper Super Bowl Monday ! I called and after waiting 45min got someone and they said we will del mondays paper tomorrow ! ---NO WAY , so I cancelled and asked for a refund THEY GAVE ME ALL BUT $10 BACK IN WHICH THEY CHARGED ME for starting my subscription and 2 papers ! I will never buy their paper again ,no wonder they are losing business , terrible cust service every time you call about an hours wait for rep. read more

Used to work here. Left after numerous rounds of layoffs and required time off without pay. Sorry to see what once was a worthwhile place become so mediocre. There are some very skilled people working there and still fighting the good fight, but the people in charge seem to have checked out long ago. read more
