Your wellness and support in your wellness journey, is their main priority. I see Serenity Wellness for Massage, Yoga and Naturopathy services; for my own wellbeing, post military/military spouse ptsd, divorce and single lone parenting of 5 kids. I've also enrolled my kids for their services. We've all been through the various systems, therapies, psychologists and different clinics but Serenity Wellness, "gets it", with very little barriers to the care we need to be our best selves
