Hands on one of the best local florists in my town. Not only were they friendly but, got me exactly what I wanted and in delivered it for me at a small cost. They have a variety of selection of decorations and flowers. I told her what I wanted and was well pleased. Very affordable! I was on a budget but that didn't stop her from giving me options regarding my amount to spend. I walked in the doors about 10am and by 11:30am as requested my order was delivered. I guess some people have a different definition of a premium designers choice. The sample photo included hydrangeas, lilies not carnations mostly filler and a couple roses. This was definitely not worth the $100! Very disappointed and will not order from them again. read more

I live in Philadelphia, PA and my 98 year old sweet Grannie lives in Okeechobee. Every year on her birthday, Mother's Day, and other special occasions I buy her flowers. Admittedly, I googled florists in Okeechobee when I first started buying her flowers. I chose Countryside because I loved the name. Lol. In any case, every time I buy flowers for my Grannie who is right now in the hospital, Countryside has delivered the most beautiful flowers my eyes have ever seen. I know this because someone in my family usually takes a picture of them to show me how beautiful they are. I only wish I could see them in person. Today my Grannie had a procedure and these flowers were waiting for her when she got back in to her hospital roI truly can't believe how beautiful of a bouquet this is. Not to mention how friendly and kind the woman (I very much wish I could remember her name) on the phone was. Update: I posted this two years ago on my Grannie's 98th birthday and today she is 100 years old and Countryside sent her the most beautiful arrangement of flowers. I live in California, so when I wanted to send flowers to my Mom for Mother's Day I called up Countryside Florist (the florist I know Mom goes to a lot). I told them about my (small) budget and that I didn't care about the type of flower except that they had to be purple or white and "budget friendly" because I wanted the most beautiful bouquet I could get for that price. I was really impressed with the outcome! Mom LOVED them and sent me a picture. The flowers really are beautiful and are arranged with artistry and care. I wanted to do something special for my Mother on Mother's Day. So, they put together a beautiful corsage for her to wear to church that Sunday. I called from the DC metro area since I find it better to talk to local florist directly rather than go through one of the big online places. She still talks about how everyone admired her corsage that Sunday on church and it made her feel very special. I highly recommend Countryside to anyone! ;) read more

I placed an order online with this florist for my mother's 76th birthday. I got a confirmation number and a receipt charging my credit card. My mother never received the flowers. I called the florist and their attitude was unapologetic. Spoke with Erin and he said I did receive the order and I had a big funeral that day and couldn't fill it. I said "I provided two phone numbers and an email address, why didn't you contact me?" He then said "well I left a message on your voice mail." THIS MAN DID NOT TRY TO CONTACT ME, HE LIED AND JUST DIDN'T HAVE ANY FLOWERS LEFT AND TRIED TO COVER HIS TRACKS WITH THIS LAME EXCUSE. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST EVER. Even after this, he did not try and rectify the problem. He could have called another florist and had the order filled, he could have contacted me via telephone or email. My parents know a lot of people in this town and will tell everyone not to use this florist. Very disappointed and extremely embarrassed. read more

Countryside Florist is a very nice company! Their employees are friendly & helpful. I was nervous about ordering long distance - we are several states away and I was not familiar with any of the florists in town. We placed the order right around lunch time and the flowers were delivered within just a few hours.
