The store and grounds are clean which is quite a feat when you consider the number of customers they have each day. I come to the store almost daily for gas or soft drinks. They have hundreds of customers every day. One thing that stood out to me recently is their service. I had misplaced my hearing aid case somewhere and QT had been one of my stops that evening. I called QT about 10:30pm and asked them if a small hearing aid case, which is to recharge my hearing aids, had been turned in. It had not been turned in. The employee,a young woman, told me none had been turned in but she voluntarily went out to the air pump station, where I had possibly lost them, and looked for them. When they could not be found she took my name and phone number and said" I am going to be working all night, if it is turned I will call you in the morning ". Her service was above and beyond the call of duty. I will continue to be a loyal Quick Trip customer.
