I also love that I feel comfortable going to the office for a complimentary cookie or coffee! All of my neighbors have been very welcoming, which makes me feel like I'm back home in my small town. The maintenance staff is exceptional and always quick to help no matter how small the problem. Our air conditioner is out and we have reported as a maintenance request and told the manager personally. Not sure when they will work on it. We were told that two times in a row the manager told the exterminator to skip our apartment number. We had asked management if he was coming and she said he should have been there, I'm not sure why he missed your apartment. Lie after lie after lie. She calls herself "the enforcer." When we moved in we were supposed to be in a first floor 3 bed with a sunroom. They messed up and put us temporarily in a 2nd floor apartment. When the apartment finally came available, the new manager was here and said we would have to pay to get the carpet replaced and pay a new deposit on the other apartment. We refused and are still on the second floor. Our lease is up in a few Days. Hallelujah! Of course if I post this before we leave, she may try to evict us. I guess we'll get a bill instead a refund on our apartment. Oh, well.

Just a short drive to downtown Cincinnati and close to the airport. Wentworth Estates has many floor plans to choose from and they accept pets too! I loved living at Wentworth, all my maintenance request which were few were handled in a timely, proficient manner. I would still be living there but took the plunge and purchased a house. I highly recommend Wentworth Estates if you are looking for a clean, affordable place to call home.

It was a pain to park the car for those 2 weeks and the parking lot still looks awful with holes in the flour.... And the lobby inside on the apartments where the mail is always smells disgusting

I've rented from quite a few places and have never experienced neglect with maintenance the way I…read moredid living here. The maintenance man is lazy and extremely unfriendly. When viewing the apartment to rent, I was told the ceilings had water damage from an upstairs apartment and there was a hole in the ceiling of the utility closet I was told would be fixed... after moving in I had a laundry list of multiple things that needed fixed...some I had my boyfriend fix after no response from maintenance. My kitchen faucet leaked from the day I moved in to the day I moved out 3 years 3 months later. Hole in the ceiling was never fixed and the hall bathroom ceiling developed black mold from the water issue upstairs. I could go on and on about all the issues I had with this apartment but what really got me is the doors to utility closet came off the cheap track they were attached to. I requested a new track because they kept falling off, which I didn't receive. I even still have the text messages requesting it. When the door fell off the track it dinged the other door and there was a hole the size of a nickel, not due to neglect on my part. Long story short they kept $125 of my deposit when I moved out because of this ding. Don't rent from this place. Rent goes up every year and nothing in my place was ever updated let alone maintained. To reiterate: AWFUL MAINTENANCE
