I go to pick it up from the office on Saturday at 12pm and the office is closed when its supposed to be open until 2pm. In fact, as of right now, my water has been out for DAYS, and when I called the office for a status update, Shannon the office manager was extremely rude about it. Tried to tell me I could just go stay at a hotel on base. That's not free, and she wasn't offering. They called someone from Shreveport to fix it this morning, because the staff here couldn't be bothered to lift a finger over the weekend. I've had to make multiple trips to the store to buy water so I could flush my toilet. Bottom line is, if you have other options, DO NOT STAY HERE!!

At end of April I give them my 30 days noticed that I will be out by 20th of May and I had my friend turn the key. I told the lady I will leave my electricity and water on because I know you guys charge $85 for cleaning and you guys take it out of the deposite. She said Yes and I give them my address to send the rest of the deposite to new address. Today when I called to ask where the rest of the money is the lady in the office said let me find out and I will call you. She called and told me that I owe them additional $10. When I asked why and how come ? She said oh well we charged for the fridge clean and stove clean and also some touch paint. I have refered over 10 of my soldier for this place and many more are looking for place. What happened to me it won't happen to my soldiers and I will make sure of that. They will lose money that's for sure because I won't let anyone looking for a place to come here in these apartments. Please be very careful with these people they will barley give you any of your deposite back in fact they won't even give it to you. I am the prime example

The new owners have started renovating the interiors of the apartments and they are awesome! Many improvements have been made since last year and I understand that they have a lot planned for the future.
