This particular branch rarely has yard staff available, and there always seems to be some kind of billing issue. At this point, it just isn't worth the hassle of doing business with them. The employees they hire don't project much confidence, and it often feels like there's little motivation or pride in the work. It shows in the overall experience. Strike 3. all three issues were in the past year. First time went to get my propane tank filled, nasty elderly woman at front desk said there wasn't anyone available to fill my tank, I went elsewhere and got it filled. Second time was on a Saturday, same nasty woman, first said cash only on Saturdays, but Then said no one was available (again) to fill my tank and there were no exchange tanks available. I again went elsewhere. Strike 3, went to get two tanks filled, walked in front door, same nasty woman got up from her desk (no hello or anything) and said the guy who fills tanks is at lunch, if I want to wait until he gets back he can fill them then. I asked how long would he be, she first said about 15 minutes, then asked someone in the back were the guy went to lunch, she then Told me it would be longer, her attitude was like I was bothering them! Obviously they don't want to do bbq tanks! Went down The road to BJ's wholesale Club, they actually fill tanks, not exchange, got my two tanks filled (cheaper) ! read more
