I go here quite often when I need a drink or a little snack; usually I never have any problems. However, earlier this morning I went over and my card wasn't working at the terminal, even though is was just working perfectly fine a few hours earlier at another store. The man at the front said that there was no way to enter my card information because it "doesn't support that type of card". Needless to say, I wasted 10 minutes or so beimg there because he was just to lazy to put my card in the terminal himself. Disgusting, rude and childish to say the least. I watched the employees at this location humiliate a customer and I will never go there again. The heart of customer service is respect and these degenerates were obviously not trained correctly. In the future I will be taking my business elsewhere and you should too. read more
