I suppose this is a half-review - Pat was very responsive, came out and measured our kitchen for our remodel, and was super helpful and friendly. However, he said we would receive our design within a week, and two weeks later we still hadn't received anything (it was the holidays, so this alone is fine). I emailed twice, and called and left voicemails twice, and it has now been two months with no responses, and no design. We will be going elsewhere, but very disappointing customer service! read more
