I have been a patient at this clinic for a few years now and have never been treated with such kindness, honesty, professional care and practices than I have by the team at Castle Hill. A VERY special shout-out to Dr Sam for giving me honest and sound advice, and subsequently, the smile I'd been waiting literally 20 years to have. I've been to countless dentists, orthos etc regarding my issue (baby tooth with adult tooth floating around in top palette) all singing the same tune - Surgery and braces and/or tooth implant (which always hung over my head as I cant afford it), with potential of messing with my sinuses etc, or the braces not working because I'm now an adult. Only Dr Sam gave me an option that I could financially and physically achieve - that leaves the heavy stuff on the table, if it ever becomes actually necessary! I have confidence to smile and didn't need to sell my soul to achieve it. A huge thanks also to hygienist Nadia, assistant Mona, and receptionist Colleen, for always being welcoming, kind, and patient. The whole team exudes passion and professionalism and makes me actually enjoy going to the dentist! ...they also have Afterpay!

When my husband first got a top plate, they hurt. The dentist said he would get used to them, his…read moremouth would just have to readjust. He went through agony for about three weeks, constantly taking them out to rest his mouth. About three weeks into the agony he took them out one day and dropped them. They snapped neatly in half. If he had got them six months later they were made differently with a thin metal frame but at this stage they were still some form of plastic. It was a long weekend and most denture clinics were closed and I ended up calling an emergency number and they gave me the mobile phone of Better Bite. The gentleman said if we could get there at a certain time he would have a look. Not only did he have a look he actually fixed them and my husband walked out with teeth. He visited his dentist the next day they were open thinking he would have to get a new set but the dentist said they were as good as new. He's still wearing the same teeth. They also make custom made mouthguards for sport.
