This place is a giant mud pit. If it rains you should be prepared with rubber boots and a shovel. Backing an RV into their crammed spaces is a joke. Their wifi never works. We've stayed there on two separate occasions because my husband travels for work, and it seems to have gotten worse. There aren't many choices in Cotulla, and this is the best option which is why I gave it 2 stars. The other RV parks are just scary. read more

I highly Recommend this place. I have stayed here a couple times and I really enjoyed it. They have a great place to go fishing if you are staying there. The gentleman who owns the R.V park is really nice and very helpful. He will help you out and cut you a deal if you are struggling to pay your rent. He might even be to nice for his own good. I stayed there about a year ago and he told me a story about a welder who had been staying in a FEMA trailer and wouldn't pay his rent so he tried to help him out. he even let him stay in a personal cabin that he had.The owner later found out that he was living with his girlfriend while his pregnant fiance was back home taking care of his kids from a previous marriage. He then told me that he had to call the law out for a situation with the same guy. That welder was told to never come back there again. I think it is a fantastic place. It is quiet and relaxing. I consider the owner a good friend and I will be going back. read more
