Very disappointed with our experience. Was given an estimate in October 2024 for some dental work…read morebut declined at that time. When I came in for my next cleaning in June 2025 was asked again if I wanted to have the work done at that time. I agreed, was given the same estimate as before and paid the deposit asked of me. After having the procedure done was told at the front counter that my payment had more than doubled and that I was given an inaccurate estimate. When I told them I was going to pay what I was quoted because that's what I was quoted they said ok and I left. Got a bill a month later stating I had to pay. When speaking to Dr. Gillespie about it he said that "plans change from year to year" (like I should know that) and that he "can't expect his girls to run every estimate over again". Which is a very shady business practice. They had every opportunity prior to me having the procedure done to make sure I knew the correct price. This is a very shady business practice, and I can no longer trust that I know accurate pricing when it comes to dental procedures for myself and my family.

He explained everything to me in full detail before we began which I appreciate. The staff is very friendly, called to check up on me multiple times after the procedure. I will be back for sure.
