The…read morecook came out and was telling us what he thought we should have and we told him to make two pizzas that he thought we should have. The first one was a red sauce probably the best Italy sauce I have tried. It had bacon and onions with scamorza cheese. My mouth is watering right now just thinking of it. The second one was what he called a cold pizza had raw marinated beef from Tuscany, buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, arugula, and huge slices of pecorino shaved on top then a drizzle of balsamic vinegar reduction. It was very good too. I didn't think I would like it but I was wrong. I had never had raw beef before. I would go back and have it again. We had a Rossa Piceno house wine that went well with both pizzas. I can't wait to go back.
