He reported since the other one wasn't bothering me he would leave it. When he attempted to take it out it caused pain. When expressing interest in cleaning them out. He reported to use oil at home. Once leaving the appointment the itch continued. I went back. I asked if it was possible to get it cleaned with saline water possibly to get whatever was in there out. I was told to schedule a hearing test, try the oil, and reschedule a visit for a possible cleaning. Here is the thing in order to see a specialist I need to pay 60 dollars. Which means I would have to pay 60 dollars again. I'm most likely never going back. He prescribed me some nasal spray. And told me to oil my ears. I'm pregnant and already have trouble sleeping. So needless to say I'm so upset. Since I waited two weeks to schedule this appointment and this was the result. Very very very disappointed.

His pain was manageable and his recovery was quick. Dr. Kimbrell and his staff could not have been any nicer or more professional. Dr. Kimbrell took time to answer all of our questions and to explain everything to us. The day after surgery after we got home, we had some small complications and we called their office. It was a Saturday and Dr. Kimbrell took our call and was very gracious and helpful. He actually appreciated that we followed his instructions to call if there were complications even though it was a Saturday. Simply a FANTASTIC Dr., surgeon and staff. Wasnt notified in writing or by phone about this change. I havent been able to reach anyone to transfer my medical records to another provider. There's a huge parking lot with plenty of shade trees. I mean it's Covington, so that's expected. There's a little sliding door which has a huge spiderweb smack-dab in front. That's was a little concerning but I just hurried on inside. The waiting area decor is your typical hospital decor. I did notice some adorable marble lamps that I actually ordered for my new place. The receptionists weren't close to welcoming. They looked at me as if I was a zombie or something. Dr. Grant was the best thing that happened during this visit. Attentive, assertive, an active listener and patient. I doubt I will be returning nor will I be recommending.
