Horrible service. On February 1st, took 4 cloth purses to have lining replaced and new zippers put in. Was shocked it was going to be $150 each. Then he said they would be ready on February 15th. Two weeks! On the 15th they notified me they were not ready. Went to see status. They had the old zippers removed and nothing else. Therefore my purses are worse off than before. This is not service. The man who helped both times was not apologetic. I asked for my purses back and he returned my $500 peso deposit. I have have lived in Merida 10 years and speak conversational Spanish. Never have had more non caring service. A sad example. read more
