Sainsbury's on Kinsey Road is in a great location within Ellesmere Port, it is within walking…read moredistance of Cheshire Oaks, which is one of the largest outlet centres in the country with 145 stores. The store is fairly easy to navigate and has a reasonable selection for a store of its' size, it also supports the Sainsbury's Smartshop app, meaning you are able to use your phone to scan items and bag them as you're going around the store, just head to the checkout to pay, and you're good to go. More recently, the Cafe area at the front of the store has been converted into a Starbucks, which is a nice Starbucks location, I like visiting this Starbucks when shopping at Cheshire Oaks, as it is much nicer and quieter than the one actually inside the centre. The staff in the store seem friendly, and the checkout experience was quick and easy, combined with Smartshop. I was able to find the items I came in for. The store in general does have a slightly older look/feel to it than other Sainsbury's stores, so has more of an older/classic feel, it could do a refurb in the slight future but remains OK for now. 4*

Apart from the obvious food & drink supermarket, theres a decent cafe with nice meals for a fiver. There are toilets, cash machines and a petrol station. I used to live across the road from this co-op shop. I have never had a problem with this shop. The…read morestaff are always friendly and helpful. However they do have a high rate of staff turnover so it does not look like a good shop to work in. However as a customer i was very happy with it until I had a baby. Trying to get a around that shop with a pram is a very hard thing to do. A few months ago they had the shop refited fo disabled acess and i thought wow as last i can shop there again Wrong. They now fill the aisles with boxes of goods waiting to go onto the shelves. Agood shop if you are on your own but no good for disabled or those with push chairs.
