We swung by here to get some food on the drive to St.George. It's nice to have some other options besides the Burger King and Iceberg... Overall the service was quick and the food was as expected at costa Vida. The employees were trying hard to be quick and make our order correctly. The restaurant was clean and is attached to the gas station.

I don't recommend this place is filthy flys everywhere, they try to copy chipotle's but nope portions are less, flavorless and salsa even the spicy is not spicy, at least staff is friendly

This place is the most disgusting Costa Vida I have ever visited. The food was cold and the place looks like it has not had its tables or floors cleaned in a couple of weeks. This place should be your last resort if you want to eat in Fillmore utah.

I love this place Fast and so good. Nice place to eat when driving I15. Had the steak burrito

    This is the prep table.

This place is always packed and it's usually pretty good, but the last few times I've stopped it's been really dirty and gross. Even when you're slammed it doesn't hurt to take 30 seconds and wipe things down. Food was okay, but definitely could have been better. Lettuce was watery so my salad was soggy pretty fast.

Dislike this place. Food was just edible and really expensive. Will not come here again.

Beans are a little odd (watery, odd texture) but the taste is good. The rice, which I normally leave, was excellent. I had the 3 hard taco plate, one chicken, two beef. Very good. The only complaint was the bottom of the shells were filled with potato so they can save $$$ on the meat. It was very good but be honest about it. Hubs had the chicken enchilada plate and a pork taco, also very good. The salsa on the enchiladas was amazing. Some rickety chairs are provided under a not so shady tree so plan to eat in the car or find a park with some shade.

The carne tacos were decent and the chicken tacos were okay but the tortillas were overcooked and too hard to eat for my son. Don't order the carne asada fries. They were extremely soggy. We asked them if that's how they are cooked and they told us yes, we had to order them extra crispy (like we knew that). Well, I threw it away in front of them and they didn't say anything. Please pick another spot if you can. Not worth the price, nor the drive. 5 star reviews must be for a different food truck.

This weekend we happened to be starving as we passed through. Man am I glad we took a chance on this unassuming gem. Inside is on the smaller side but not at all crowded. It looks exactly like you want a local Mexican restaurant to look. It was seat yourself but then a waiter brings you the menus and complimentary chips and salsa. The chips and salsa tasted fresh and not too spicy for us. My husband ordered the Taco Salad with shredded chicken and I ordered the Enchiladas Suizas (with shredded chicken and red sauce). We were both super pleased with our food. Mine came with rice and beans on the side. The rice was standard but the beans were delicious and flavorful and creamy. My husband thought the shredded chicken was wonderful. My opinion was that it was wonderful and when mixed with their guacamole- dynamite. I got some guac to go so I could enjoy it at home. My enchiladas were tasty and plenty of food - too much for me in one sitting. We ended our meal with some churros - I loved them - crispy and fresh and sweet. They came with whipped cream that made them just perfect. Will I be back next time I am hungry in Delta - absolutely!! Bonus: they are open on Sunday.

During our meal I saw an employee go into the bathroom. She did come out with dripping wet hands but did she use soap? The menus is simple. We ordered the chicken taquitos and a burrito. My server seemed new and wasn't sure about things. He kept asking for help. I was asked to wait quite a few times. It wasn't bad, just seemed like the blind leading the blind. The prices posted on the menu weren't exactly accurate. I was charged more than it showed. Not much, but it was inaccurate. The drink machine was sticky. Every time I pushed the lever I had to stop early or my cup would over flow because it was sticky and kept pouring. It needs a good cleaning. The food was surprisingly good. The chili verde meat was tender and the taquitos were crisp and flavorful. The spice was perfect. Overall, It was ok. I would just like to see a few things better stocked and cleaned.

It is spacious inside with large tables and a friendly, welcoming staff. I had a margarita with my lunch; only one though because I was driving. It wasn't strong but was tasty enough. The beers are mostly domestic with only one micro brew selection but there were plenty of national brand choices. The food was home made and not bad for bar food. I had a Pittsburgh cheese steak sandwich that I thought was good. I ordered it with a side salad instead of fries as I had also ordered the loaded Pastrami fries which came with cheese, pickles and mustard on top. It was a bit too rich and heavy for my taste and the flavors didn't really work well together. Maybe without the mustard I would have liked it more.
