There's always a smile to greet you (and it's not a plastic one either, they really are glad you came). You check out the basic menu on the wall and they're happy to tailor to your needs. I was there just the other day and I'm fussy with my salads at - no probs they held back on the carbs and topped up my protein. They even laid out little pots of dressings for me to help myself. And there's no rush here. You can just take your time, sipping on a good cup of coffee, and allow the world to spin without you for a while.
